Uh not really. One spreads One For All throughout the body instead of focusing it into one spot with self destructive force. The other amplifies power and almost always leaves Goku in bad shape, the thing Full Cowl prevents from happening.Obviously it still has its limits, but the similarities are superficial at best.
@@DarkEcho32 Kaio-Ken and Full Cowl are both predicated upon the concept of energy control; with Kaio-Ken, it's Ki, Full Cowl, it's the unnamed quirk energy. If Midoriya over-uses Full Cowl, he puts himself into far more danger and severely damages himself from it, just as if Goku overuses Kaio-Ken and pushes past his limits, or uses it for too long and lets the built-up strain cause him to snap. Both also drastically increase the base power of the user. All For One is currently at like Super Saiyan Kaio-Ken Blue or however that combination is named; Midoriya has to reduce it down to Kaio-Ken 1x-10x through Full Cowl. That's the only real difference; one has a massively high base and a technique needed to be developed to use less of its multiplier, while the other has a relatively low base but can be multiplied up to scale up to the user's limits. The analogy is perfectly sound.
@@KainYusanagi Are you really so stupid you don't know the difference between something spreading a high amount of power over the body and something that amplifies power to the point that a single slip in concentration can be fatal?Your argument is that they're same because of a few superficial similarities. The point of Full Cowl is that it CONTROLS the vast power of the quirk. The point of Kaio-Ken is that it amplifies the user's power far beyond its normal limits. The entire point of Deku getting Full Cowl was so he wouldn't destroy his body whenever he activated his quirk, which in turn allows him to use One For All like a normal albiet immensely powerful quirk.Hell,if you were to consider the way he uses it at first to be his "base power" it would technically make him weaker by dissipating the excess energy before it harms him.Learn the difference between amplifying something and efficiently controlling it.

Seeing all the videos strung together changes it a lot
We can rename Piccolo’s move the “Demon Drill Cannon”
Mr LoveLee
The Nail Gun.
Other alternatives
Demon Drill Beam
Demon Light Drill
I always liked demon spiral drill
@@razkable Oh Oh
Demon Spiral Cannon
@@oliversmith4548 shit thats good
I really wished the candy beam was on this list. It's literally the most perfect move to define Buu, terrifying, strange and disarming. Also they talked about practical uses for the instant transition technique but think about what you can do with that attack, you can literally turn a piece of garbage or rocks into your favorite slice of pizza. (Since the candy beam isn't limited to just candy besides the name) no more going out to buy tons of groceries or take out.
Too bad it backfired on buu when fighting vegito
Powerful baldies
Saitama (one punch man)
Krilin (one cut man)
Slimer44 Producciones I can see it now they say one cut man then Krillin misses and says damn it.
You’re forgetting tien, napa, and piccolo since they are bald too
I never thought I'd say this but I miss the popsicle stick men
Me too
OMG!!!
I wasn't the only person thinking it!!!
Derrick Perkins well they got tired of having popsicle sticks up their ass.
"I wonder if there's a tier list for diseases"
cough
Goku made “The Monkey Fist” an “Monkey style fight” before the uncanon “Dragon Fist” an “DragonFist” is “Monkey Fist” with a dragon.
11:22 The sweater isn't "to die for"?
Dbcember went so quick :( Its always my favorite TFS tradition.
well this year they only did 12...I think last year and the year before was 24 episodes?
@@randomnessftwman they did 12 last year. It was top 12 fights.
I like that the maka-, makak-, makkus-, special beam cannon made it to slot 10.
I always saw the way he killed King Piccolo to be an early version of Dragon Fist.
's probably going to be the closest we get to that Monkey Fist Lani was talking about.
The thing is some of the games actually label it as the dragon fist so eh
@@someguynamedtrevor6081 oh really?
Huh I didn't know that.
@@Shift_Salt yeah like for a specific example Budokai 3
@@someguynamedtrevor6081 Huh, neat!

The hellzone grenade, not really cool looking? I absolutely must disagree with you my good sir

Anyone else still whisper Kaioken whenever they’re under intense physical stress to give them that extra boost? 😅
I used to but ever since watching DBZA, that phrase is now always followed by "Kaio-what?!" and I immediately start laughing.
I remember when I was smaller I would scream kaio-Ken while running and I would run faster and also when I showered I would put the water all the way the the most hottest thinking I could achieve the kaio-Ken
I would open one of the eight inner gates
"I'll burn this whole fandom to the f*ckin ground, Scott."
That delivery sent me. Hysterical.
I'm sad that "Wolf Fang Fist" didn't make it, but after watching this list, it's understandable why.
Also, I freaking shit myself laughing at the Chocolate Kamehameha
I love how useful techniques like makansappo, taiyo Ken, kienzan, and hellzone grenade are. When strategy is used in dragon ball I love it. I also love some of the moves not on this list, like masenko, light grenade, Big Bang attack, and even Yamcha’s spirit ball attack he did fighting kami. Some great attacks were never really even named like the moves gohan used when he got angry at frieza, or that monkey fist goku used when defeating king piccolo. My favorite move on this list is probably either kaioken, if not then final flash or dragon fist.
I just realized that One for All Full Cowl is *very* similar to the Kaio Ken.
Astria well yeah I mean when all might told Deku why he had to train to use it Kaio-Ken instantly came to mind.
Well it's the exact same principle. You have tons of energy but you need to control it so you don't just explode yourself from the power.
16:15 what you’re currently witnessing is what’s scientifically known as “aging like milk”
I'm pretty sure this would be an "aged like wine" moment
New Variation: TFS KAMEHAMEHA!!
"Kaiser you got the angle wrong!" "Feeeed meeee!" Will never not be funny.
I know it was only used once but I will always love Divine Lasso, such a badass looking attack
I love that if you pause as Kirran and Kaiser are about to fuse, you can actually see Kaiser's finger just straight up miss Kirran's
Part of the fun of these list is recognizing the origins of some of the images. I've spotted some from Dokkan, Legends and other smaller games.
40:57 honestly a Goku Buu fusion using a Chocolate Kamehameha that's just a chocolate beam fired with the same intensity as a Kamehameha and capable of turning multiple opponents to candy would be sick.
I love how panicked Frieza looks when dodging the Kienzans.
thats because Kienzan is probably one of the most powerful attacks in the whole series.
Too bad it always misses
@@blitzkriegdragon4999 it has too... Otherwise Krillin would be the star. Not goku or vegeta... And do we rly want a world where "krillin" is the star?
@@boomznbladez405 fair point
@@boomznbladez405 Well, we did see Vegeta use his own version of the technique when he cut Oozaru Gohan's tail off.
"Gt's super dragon fist is goku's only original attack"
Me, a user of the monkey-ken: are you sure about that
I honestly have no complaints for this list, every single one of them are my favorite techniques from the series
22:06 My brother loves that exchange. No matter how many times he sees it he laughs just a hard as the first time he saw it. I thinks its just the sudden violent defensive anger on Kirran's part that does it for him.
16:15
Welp, I guess they need to add a new one to the list...
Kamehameha is in a well deserved position. Regardless on whether or not you like the arcs of DBS, Ultra Instinct Kamehameha against Kefla is one of the most epic moments of the entire show.
I always got the impression that piccolo did improve the charge time to makangosappo over time. it was still a new move piccolo was working on at the time he uses it against raditz. That is why he had not challenged Goku with it yet. so as piccolo gets stronger and continues to work on it I do think he improved its charge time though it still needed a large time as proven against frost although that the technique itself had evolved too.
I love that you guys talked about "too OP diseases" and referenced West Nile in DECEMBER 2019.
“The monkey fist just isn’t as cool.”
King Piccolo would disagree
17:40 I just realized Goku's pose when he swipes Roshi's shades is a call back to when he borrowed them in the 22nd Tenkaichi Budokai to counter Tien's Solar Flare
Fun fact that they mention the Chocolate Kamehameha: They gave Majuub the Chocolate Kamehameha in his fight with Baby Vegeta, sadly after that, Baby Vegeta deflected it back at the Uub and got turned into chocolate and got eaten.
25:14 Kaiser’s saltiness is just too hilarious 🤣
Amazing ending and anyone who pretends that they didn’t do it with you all is lying to RUclips! Thank you all for this amazing list
I actually still do it... im a weird person anyways... and an otaku for life...
You should do a list of cool underused techniques, or one-offs, such as the multi arms attack
15:05 “Wait for it.”

I like how the kamehameha wave went from denting a car a little bit, TOO BEING ABLE TO DISINTEGRATE ANYTHING IT TOUCHES AND BUST PLANETS.
“What makes it special? That it’s a spiral?”
I see now. It must reduce piccolo’s special cooldown count by 2 when activated.

An extra point for Fusion. In the Fusions game, they had FIVE-WAY FUSION! I don’t know about you but to me, that’s the most amazing thing ever! Sure the duration was measured in seconds but the power gained was absurd and afterwards, everyone was at full strength.
40:20 Did they call Dragonball Evolution a "used barf bag" ?
Yes they did

I’ve actually come around to Lani’s point of view on the Galick Gun. It’s a lovely parallel and contrast to the Kamehameha and one half of the OG beam struggle. Plus Trunks can do it.
I like how the only attack with absolutely no drawback is the top one.
Its still my head cannon that the spirit bomb was originally developed to kill buu but wasnt finished until after he was sealed

That is UNLESS I had watched SDBH where somehow, Goku AND Vegeta perform the dragon fist
