Thanks for the video. Pro tip: use heat from a small propane torch or similar (even a hair dryer will help) to expand that outside pipe for easier installation and or removal.
Great video- usually everyone else removes the cables first, thats how I did it, for the mating sections under spring pressure, lightly tap the pipe with a ribber mallet all sections will suck into each other, or ride it and hit some bumps on the road

Hey buddy. With the servo cables and the servo motor still attached, you don’t have any fault codes lighting up on the dash do you?
No fault codes because the cables are still able to move back and forth. Did a 50km test ride yesterday, nothing happened. If I were to remove the entire servo and the cable, I would probably get a fault code for which I would need some kind of "servo buddy" probably.

Doesn’t the bike run rough at low RPM’s due to the lack of backpressure? Mine did so I’m looking at a race ECU or reflash now.
A Race ECU or flash is definitely required. I am waiting for the Open Flash Tablet or the Gabro Racing T800 unit to come out for this bike. I would like to use the existing ECU.
That being said, my bike does not run rough at low rpm.
But you mounting with out mapping❓❓and the exhaust valve❓❓❓
Yes. Not really recommended for a long time. But, it'll be fine for a little bit until the flashing tools are available for purchase. I dont want to get the raceECU, I'd like to have the flexibility to flash manually.
Hey! With the db killer in is it muuuch louder than the stock one? I’m considering buying this exhaust but I worry that it’ll be very easy to get into trouble
Yes, it is definitely MUCH louder. Stock exhaust is very quiet even if you fly by cars. I have scared fellow group riders when I did a fly by with this exhaust and DB killer installed. It is alright tho.
I actually have the DB killer removed now.. just imagine 😂 when the weather warms up a little, I'll make some more videos on the exhaust sound.

a) Is it possible to retain the passenger footpeg and mount the exhaust??
b) Did you have to order the spacer separately or was it included in the kit supplied by SC Project.

I haven't tried it, but it should be possible to mount the exhaust using the passenger footpegs. The location is the same. I purchased the spacer separately because I knew there would be something weird going on as this kit was for the 2020 model. Now that it is 2022, I'm sure there are official kits available for the actual 2021 and up models. In that case, you may not need anything separate.

Thanks. I havent yet. But the plan is to get the T800 unit to flash it. I got the baffle out yesterday too. I should make a video about that!

Be careful running the bike without the tune, it will run lean and could lead to problems, get that tune ASAP!!

Yup, gotta get that tune asap. But $1000 canadian 😭 it's not an excuse tho. I gotta do it. They also went out of stock till May, which sucks.

Mine old pipe got stuck! Having a hard time to remove it.
My baffle was like that. Couldn't remove it. I ended up spraying WD40 on it and letting it sit for 5-10 mins then trying to pull again. Maybe something like that may work for you.
@@FT099 I spoke too soon. Right after I removed the slip-on from the foot-peg mount, I was able to wiggle it out. Made a tiny scratch on the swingarm. I should have put a piece of rag or something there. Stupid me.
You need to refresh the ECU. You can't just throw a pipe on these machines.
