- No fluff 5 min DIY video. No BS, just what you need to know about servicing and upgrading your Aprilia.
We're doing the Akrapovic install on a 2022 Aprilia RSV4 (soon to be race bike). Video shows OEM exhaust removal and servo motor removal. process will be generally the same for all years RSV4 (Factory) and Tuono V4.

Yeah I considered it but wanted to focus on the install instead. I feel like audio on cameras never does these V4 exhausts any justice. Everyone needs to try one for themselves!
after removing the stock muffler, doesn't the bike go into check mode? And if so how do you fix it?
When installing an aftermarket exhaust you'll need a special tune or map. Like Gabro Racing maps with UpMap. Or an exhaust servo eliminator plug (but this will not correct the fuel ratio.
@og_racefactory so with upmap you don't need servo eliminator? Thanks, planning to do same thing.
@@bautista2045the upmap allows you to eliminate the servo amount other options. So far mine runs pretty good. If you wanted to keep the servo motor the upmap and close the valve when in neutral and then remain open when in gear, not sure why anyone would want to do this unless they can't afford a slip on?
