    Thank you for the simple recipe that provides additional info on the potassium levels (something I have to watch). I also thank you for keeping this short and sweet. The recipe was great!

    I loved juicing swiss chard and it gave my body such a great feeling as is it craved some nutrient from it. Unfortunately I no longer have that excellent juicer and came to you for a recipe. Short, clear, concise with minimal ingredients, although I try to leave salt out of anything I can, I'll give this a go. I'm trying to isolate and better understand my foods and intake methods for better health and less FDA/ AMA propaganda or misinformation. Although technologically challenged lol I'll try to see what pre-existing videos you may have already that might be of help. Thank You and I'm now a subscriber.
