    The most nutrition that people ignore to buy !!!
    when they see me buying 4 bundles , they ask me , what is this ?
    Swiss chard provides 84 kilojoules (20 kcal) of food energy and has rich content (> 19% of the Daily Value, DV) of vitamins A, K, and C, with 122%, 1038%, and 50%, respectively, of the DV.
    Also having significant content in raw chard are vitamin E and the dietary minerals, magnesium, manganese, iron, and potassium.
    Raw chard has low content of carbohydrates, protein, fat, and dietary fiber.
    you can do it with rice
    you can do it with rice and tomato and chick peas
    I was raised on that , during school it was our sandwich with Pita bread . no need to heat it . it can last for a week . because no meat used .
