Adana Kabab (Kabob) - Cooking with Yousef

- Hi friends, today we make a delicious, flavorful Kabab (Kabob) variation that is very popular in Turkey called "Adana Kabab". It's served with bread and a special salad that we'll also be making.

Ingredients List:
- 2 pounds of meat (1 1/2 beef and 1 pound lamb)
- 1 Onion
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Sumac
- 1 1/2 Paprika
- 1 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper
- 1 1/4 Salt
- 1 Cup Chopped Parsley
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
Salad:
- Onion
- Tomatoes
- Parsley
- Salt and Pepper
- Olive Oil

Dorood Ostad, what’s the model of your grill? Trying to find the same grill with no lid and a flat surface to put skewers on but couldn’t find any.
Do we wash the meat before making the kebabs? I heard we should not wash ,the kebabs don't come out well is it?
