    I learned this basic version from my Armenian Granda when I was a child. Have been making them for 40 plus years as an adult...LOVE IT Yousef!

    Nice, I created something similar to this on my own. I use 1 raw egg per lbs of beef, and I add lime juice, a lot of sumac and saffron water. I don't like cumin, so I skip that. :)

    Hello dear Yousef, most people who make hamburgers add eggs to the meat and I wanted to know of someone who makes them WITHOUT eggs. I love that you were the one who didn't add eggs to the meat, that shows me that you can make hamburgers without eggs. Thank you Yousef, I will make your recipe soon, they look delicious. ❤
