I take a daily multivitamin it's actually for 12 to 18 year olds, I am 46 but it's got Evening Primrose oil in it and personally I think it helps keep me doing ok and ten days before mine is due to start I take a daily homeopathic remedy NAT MUR.

I have watched another doctor say that one should keep away from nuts because of the oils , no avocados , no animal products , and keep oils to a minimal . 😢This leaves me with almost nothing to eat 😢

It is confusing Rachel, different practitioners can often suggest completely the opposite. You may find seeing a Nutritional Therapist in person can be more helpful. They can find the best foods and diet for your specific circumstances and also offer support.
      Best Wishes

I have started to take a multi vitamin as I’m trying to conceive as well as omega-3 without vitamin A for the same reason above. I can’t tell you how amazing my period has been this month. My lining of my uterus was thick too think causing heavy periods but for some reason this has decreased too which I am noticing the cramps. Any ideas how to maintain a good balance of progesterone and estrogen? I do also have flax seeds in my first two weeks of my cycle and sunflower seeds in my last two weeks of my cycle.

Hi Megan, thanks for your questions. Such good news that you've experienced some improvements already. Sometimes, some nutrient support is enough to balance your hormones, as many of these key nutrients are the building blocks for the manufacturing of oestrogen and progesterone. I'd keep this new regime up for another couple of months to see how things progress. Heavier bleeds could signal oestrogen dominance, in some cases, (in which case Agnus castus can sometimes be helpful), but we'd usually assess this along with any other symptoms, plus give the nutrient support some time to become established, as the need for additional herbs may not be required. Wishing you the best of luck and please do let us know how you get on! Best wishes, Emma

Hi Annmarie, I'd look out for forms including magnesium citrate or gluconate as they can be better absorbed. This can be found in our Balance Mineral Drink along with some other key nutrients, or you could look for these forms in other, stand alone magnesium products. With best wishes, Emma

Thank you so much. I’ve started using the calm magnesium drink but when I finish I will try those ones instead thank you 😊 xxx

That's why you'll see women on RUclips talking about the menstrual cup and you don't see any men doing so, because men only think of unsafe internal products. Tampons upset a women's self regulated daily time schedule.
