    Good magical morning my friends. I am in tears from seeing how far we have come together. I received some big news last evening that my cerebral palsy can be improved to the point of being an almost normal person. It truly is a big breakthrough and this practice couldn't be a more perfect complement. Thank you so much, Adriene for having been the kind, loving, passionate teacher that you've been to me and this community ever since we had our respective starts with yoga. Let's do this everybody.     Who is here surviving quarantine with Adriene's yoga? 🖐️ Honestly, it's been such a comforting routine for me to do yoga every day and keep going! Allowing my body and mind to go on this journey of self discovery felt so right. Already feeling stronger and probably will watch all the previous videos haha ❤️ thank you Adriene!

      @ this is my second 30 day program with Adriene during quarantine. I’m not giving it up even when we are not under restrictions. Adriene has helped me get the postures correct, and motivated me to mat everyday.

    I usually find it really difficult to stick to things but I've never missed a day and I'm so proud of that. I love looking at the comments after a session because its great to see that I'm part of such a warm and welcoming community

    **Smug post alert!** Today I completed doing yoga every single day of the year! Woo Hoo! You, Adriene, have been in my front room once, sometimes twice, a day since 1st Jan 2020! I've done all of your 30-day courses and a ton of random picks too and I feel great! I've laughed many times, cried a couple, and I may have sworn at you once or twice whilst holding a pose as you talk about something or other...er, yeah...sorry about that! I did this in conjunction with seeing if I could not drink booze for a year too (Swap one bad habit for a good one) and I bloody succeeded! Hoo rah! Now I know that life is better with a little daily practice and that I don't really need to be drinking as much booze, if at all. I'm set up nicely for 2021, so thank you so much, and I am looking forward to 'Breath' starting tomorrow!

      An amazing set of accomplishments! You're also an inspiration. I started 2021 with the goal of daily yoga and not drinking alcohol for one month. Felt good so I tried another month. Still feeling good as February comes to an end, goin' for March now too!

    Today there was a big earthquake in the morning here and this practice was so hard to achieve for me, since I've been dizzy all day long and trusting the ground had a whole new meaning for me today. A couple of years ago I was in a severe earthquake, I was a teacher and the building where I worked collapsed, we had to rescue kids from the rubbles and since then I've been very afraid. But I came to practice, and I discovered that not only did I needed the calmness but the reflection too; hearing you on giving back and not only taking away, got me thinking about the earth and the soil below me, and not being afraid or angry at its life but grateful and serving. It was a very powerful experience for me. How do I give back to the ground that supports me? to the soil that I feed from? to the Earth? In the end I was feeling so moved and thankful that it showed me how this journey has changed my perspective on everything. Thank you so much!!!

    I am gonna miss you! all of you. I love to read the comments and think about us as a great big family all around the world going through the same challenges, working on the same journey. I found out how much I miss this feeling, of being part of a community. Thank you for sharing, for your energy. And thank you Adriane, for making this happen, you gave me so much! Lets keep on practicing, evolving, growing and understanding ourselves. Yoga will be always here for us.

    Adriene:
    I was initially hesitant to begin this Yoga Journey with you; after all, I've never been to a yoga class, and I've only practiced yoga sporadically (maybe 3 times in my entire life). However, my hesitation melted away to excitement. I now I've value this time. I treasure this time. Yoga is the metaphorical "chocolate cake" I get to enjoy for breakfast. I now understand the importance of breath, stillness, movement, connection, nourishment, and most importantly: the connection between the mind, body, soul, and spirit. There is a method to the movement (and even the lack thereof in some of the poses), and I deeply appreciate everything you've taught me these last 29 days.
    In fact, I find myself down heartened to realize our 30 Day Yoga Journey is coming to an end. Now, what will I do with myself in the mornings? Dare I go back to my hectic routine, or perhaps find another calendar to follow? Thanks for everything Adrienne. This practice helps clear my head for the day, and it has helped improve my productivity. Even in life's most frustrating circumstances, the best thing I can do is focus on my breath. Thank you again for everything!

    Adriene, I was in a pretty bad car wreck a few days ago. My car spun out while I was exiting the freeway and I hit the highway pillar headon. I walked out with a few bruises, pain in my chest from the seatbelt, and as the adrenaline wore off, my neck and shoulders were in a lot of pain from whiplash. I could hardly turn my head. Everyone was telling me I would probably feel worse the next day, but I felt better. Three days later I have no pain and full movement in my neck. I completely attribute my quick healing time to doing yoga (nearly) daily with you since February. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

      I"m glad you're alright and that yoga has helped to strengthen your muscles and protect you, my car spun in an oil patch on a roundabout a few years ago and it was terrifying so I'm happy you're safe and well

    The hardest part for me was definitely showing up this morning but I did it. I haven’t missed a date and wasn’t going to start now on day 28. I’m so glad I pushed myself this morning, as feel so much better and ‘nourished’ to begin my day. Thank you 🙏

    Doing a daily practice with you since January 2 of this year has opened.both my body and my soul so much Adriene. On day 28 of home I am on day 58 of practice with you and all the others who continued on this yoga journey with me since January. Whether it is with the home journey or one of your other yoga journeys. We are now living life with an openness that years ago we could only dream of. Much appreciation for this practice up to now and as long as I am capable of doing so :) Namaste 🙏

    I must say, today I felt like a proud yogi (although I'm nowhere close to doing all the poses or variations). Just the dedication to showing up makes me so happy every morning.     Hi Adriene! Earlier I have tried so many times to do YOGA regularly but failed to do so. During this Pandemic, on today i successfully completed 28 Days and it is very helpful in relaxing mind and body.

    I looove touching my belly. I also love a good belly laugh. I remember laying my head on my mum's tummy when I was little, listening to all the digestive sounds going on in there. It was really soothing. Anyone else with really good belly feels after this practice?!

    I love the fact that every day when I wait for the video to show up, I refresh until it's there but when I play it there's about 50 to 100 views already and I realize that this many people do just the same as I do 😂 today I'm 50th in line to start my day with YWA and as always, it makes my day much better when I do yoga before I go to work 💚

    I know all the comments were a year ago but I am enjoying this 'Home' 30 day practice now August 2021. It's 'all' still going on out there in the world and somehow we are all changed. This yoga practice has been such a blessing to me and I am so grateful for Adriene and her commitment to herself and all of those who have joined in this a year ago and since then. Thank you to everyone for commenting as I have enjoyed reading them and is still inspiring today. I feel so much stronger physically and emotionally. I love how authentic you are Adriene. Keep doing what you are doing and especially the 30 day practices. Breathe was my commitment to myself and I haven't looked back. I've made a 365 day promise to myself but really this is now an important part of my self care until I can no longer physically do it. So blessed!!

    Just finished day 27, having begun when I was isolating for possible COVID 19 exposure and saw a recommendation on NewYorker.com. Yoga is already challenging for my understretched and a bit overweight 69 year old body. I skipped one day after pulling a calf muscle when I tried to do one of your more challenging wide squats. Skipped another day cause I could not kick the blues but I am now accidentally in love with the daily ritual, even when I can,t balance that low lunged leg out into free space without toppling, even when my belly intrudes on “framing” that front foot. Yours, dear Adrienne, is a good kind of contagion. Thank you.

    Dear Adriene -
    This morning I found myself in child’s pose for the first time since starting this 30 day practise. Until now, my left knee hurt too bad when I attempted this pose. Although I had to switch to a cross legged seat, I am thrilled you had helped me heal to this point! It was my reason for starting this practise and to see these results is exactly what I’d hoped for! So thank you, from my whole heart!
    Looking forward to our February journey, increasing mobility and deepening my mind, body and soul connection. ❤️

    Today i am on the vegre on completion this journey and yes I can feel the change. I remember when I started this journey I had thoughts like 'how can someone like something like yoga it's too slow!' 'I will only try' 'I am not going to complete this challenge just trying'.
    But seriously Adriene this is something else your voice soo soothing as if it attracts us towards you. Thank you for showing me that slow things can heal you, can nourish you. Now I can not even spare a day without doing yoga.🥺

    I find that the daily themes have really been matching my moods during this self isolation time. Today I was dragging, feeling sad and worried about the state of the world. I decided to talk a walk in the sun, appreciating the wind and plants and fresh air. The post-walk yoga, focused on nourishing, felt just right today. Thanks to Adriene for offering such a beautiful practice at a time when it's so needed.

      you can start from the first 30 day challange and work through all of them. will take you about half a year.. and repeat :)

      You can download her previous 30 day yoga challenges on her website, I think theres about 5 or so to download and its at a donation price I think.

      I know right! I was thinking of redoing the other 30-day ones, too. But yesterday Adriene mentioned in her email that she'll be dropping a calendar for each month with already available videos and I think I'll be doing that instead :)

    Wow I’m really enjoying Home! I found grabbing both my feet though SO hard. I had a good laugh facedown into the carpet. Thank you Adriene and Benji for brightening up my days of lockdown and showing me that yoga really is for anyone and how a little bit of yoga each day can really help you mentally.

    I found the 'beetle pose' (lying on my stomach and reaching for my feet) both vulnerable and challenging. Although at the end of the session I was shaking/vibrating like a sonic prayer.

    Emotionally speaking, I've been adapting pretty well so far to this whole lock down, confinement situation. Yet today, in the first few minutes of the practice, when Adriene said to bring the hands to the belly, suddenly I noticed the sensation of my left hand on the right one. It felt so foreign and yet so familiar. And for the first time in these past week, I felt struck by a deep and sudden crave for human touch.
    Gave the back of my hands a few gentle, loving strokes; that felt nice. But mostly, I smiled at the fact that this practice brought this lack, that was probably buried deep for weeks, to my attention. Thank you Adriene! Your practice is always the highlight of my day. Really.

    Wow! This has been the most consistent gift I have given myself daily and it has been an amazing journey. I almost talked myself out of it and then I mentally said NO! When I get to the mat I feel amazing and post practice I am reminded why I LOVE doing this. I also am reminded of the quiet strength I have accumulated with this daily gift and dang girl I feel STRONG. THANK you for leading us every day and sharing such an awesome practice.

    So much gratitude for this journey that has accompanied me through the month of November. As the air turns more chilly, it’s been lovely to cozy up with this practice on the journey home.     Every day! During my practice i find myself coming to one thought! How much i love you and your style of yoga! You’re so perfect with your cues and humour and just the beauty of the whole routine that i discover as i move through the flow. A radiating glow and a warm smile every time i end my practice.     Woah this one flew by!! Pure flow state. I am obsessed with this channel. Committing to this challenge was really uncomfortable, yet I can say I am finishing it! I used to teach yoga yet I stopped a while back. This practice has inspired me to consider inviting yoga into my life again as a practicioner and teacher. Thank you!

    I am so glad that I made it this far..2 days to go and I am able to complete the whole 30 days yoga journey..There are days that I wanted to skip the practices but then my body and mind would tell me not to.This practice help me cope up with stress,build my confidence and give peace of mind..Thank you andriene..

    Today I started half an hour earlier hehe as somebody who was used to, literally, waking up 4 p.m (because I'd stay up until 5 a.m watching tv shows) during quarantine I'm so happy that I'm being able to wake up 9 a.m to do yoga, do productive things during the day and then go to bed around 22 p.m. And today I woke 8 a.m just because I was excited to live :) all this thanks to yoga, honestly! Thank you, Adriene

    Quarantine day: idontknowanymore. 28 days of yoga in the bag and a whole lot more in the future. This series has been LIFESAVING, thank you Adriene! Been here since 5 years ago and I’m so happy to add yoga into my daily routine again.

    I so needed that today. I was stuck in a loop worrying about a problem but my yoga with you Adriene cleared the horrid feeling in the pit of my stomach. I am feeling much lighter again now.     When I needed to return to my practice after a very long depression cycle, I chose Home because I remembered how much I loved this journey the first time I took it. Here I am at Day 28, coming up in my first month at my new job, and practicing yoga in a tent at my campsite. I'm grateful for this practice, this day, this planet, and this life.     Good morning and what a nourishing practice even with planks! I had Ollie the dog underneath me for the whole practice. Sphinx with my head rested on the breathing bolster was deeply nourishing. Thank you for everything. Such a wonderful way to start the year and so good to get the calendar ready for next month! I don't want to stop meeting myself before I meet everyone else. That gentle reminder to turn in and activate the tools of yoga to show up more loving, open hearted and authentic ❤️

      Jenny, I have bad knees and have struggled in that pose for a loooong time. Today, I finally did it! Now I just need to work on being able to lift up as she directs in that pose. Frankly, I was just happy that I managed to hang on to both feet at the same time.

    Hey Adriene! Just wanted to say that I love yoga, I love all the aspects of it. I am now reading Hatha yoga pradipika and many times it mentioned what the true characteristics of a guru are, and I always find you there, in those descriptions. These parts are added by Hans Urlich Rieker as a commentary, and they are pretty amazing. Love you, keep giving us the light. 🙏

    i cried today. at the beginning and at the end. im not usually a crier (its own problem lol) but i have had wisdom tooth pain all today which has lead to a headache as well, but i told myself i would feel better for showing up for myself this evening. i do. i feel an emotional release.
    i have commented here only once or twice but after each practice i read the comments and am proud of everyone. those from a year ago and those from now. namaste, thank you all

    I have been fortunate enough to have found Adriene back when she did 30 days of yoga. I have done all of her 30 day programs and Home is by far my favorite! Thank you sweet girl for helping me be more flexible, healthy, and fit at 69 years old than I was in my 20's! You have probably given me extra life.........

    I am so very grateful to be a part of this community - such a neat feeling to know we are doing this all together! I did have a feeling of sadness and misdirection at the thought of there only being 2 more days of this beautiful season. This is my 3rd “January with Adriene” but my first where I have kept in step with each day. Such a precious experience and one I want to cultivate and keep going.

    So proud of how far I've come BUT I was so disappointed today that I can't catch my feet behind me when we were lying on our bellies. I can catch one but I have to twist a little to catch it, but then I'm stuck for reaching the other foot! Oh well, it's a journey! :-) xx

    am i the only one who swaps out regular child’s pose for the extended version every time?? i can never breathe in that position i feel my diaphragm being crushed 😂

    Woke up this morning feel very off balance and way more tired than I usually do, but after this I’m slowly moving back to “center” - yay! Can’t believe we’re on day 28! After this I’ll go back to doing my regular yoga practice, but kind of don’t want this to end!
