I'm 16 and 6 months and I'm currently around I think 5'9, My mum is 5'4 and my Dad is 6'2, And a lot of my relatives on my mums side are over 6 foot, My uncle is 6 foot so was my Grandad, and my cousin is 6'5 only short one from that side of the family is my other uncle who is currently around my height, Apparantley when I was really young my mum and my grandad measured my feet and apparantly my final height is meant to be at 6'2, My sleep was terrible last year with only getting 7 hours max But this year its been a lot better getting at least 8 hours and I've been starting to do excercise recently, Will I be able to reach at least 6 foot I definently don't want to be way too tall.
6ft is easy for your situation maybe you will reach it in the next months but I think you will surpass it before turning 18

For growth:
1)Add workout too, like sprinting, stretching and weight training.
2)Eat well, go on a calorie surplus, do intermediate fasting, eat plenty of protein and vitamins.
3)Sleep 8-10 hours+maintain good posture
4)Also ask your parents whether they grown at your age, there is a high chance if you are a late bloomer like me.

actually grow taller. sleep 8 hour and eat much protein and drink bone broth every week and do 500 jumps everday but slowly jump and do it twice a day so basically 1000 jumps daily. avoid junkfood and etc . everytime i do this i never fail to see progress alhamduliah.
