Rest is important from what I've seen... alot of trainers and professionals recommend rest days to give your body time to heal and rest and grow stronger. Also I've seen alot of yoga style stretching that helps with height.
I‘m 1.5m and my goal is 2.8m wish me luck guys I got this Update after 1 year: I am currently 1.76m so I‘ve grown 26cm after 1 year of daily efforts which is less than i was hoping for but still shows that you can grow taller if you put your heart and soul into it. PLEASE READ!!! I want to clarify that he's really depressed and stressed out about his height because HE IS AN ACTOR, I'm from Thailand, most people know him well here, height is such a requirement for actors already, he could not get a lot of roles because he wasn't tall enough although his acting skills and personality are really really good srsly. And sure 180 would be ok for actors but he was just saying 190 to motivate himself. People need different things in life so please don't judge them, you could be 160 but works at home or have a job that requires you to do small people's job idk. But he is a freaking actor and if you don't know, 172 is still below average for ideal guys here and wayyyy way to short for most actors. We’re still friends to this day My advice is work on yourself, tbh (in my opinion at least) people overrated height too much, and actually being short with amazing personality makes you more special and fun to be around

I think the point people are missing here, is that he's striving for a goal. Is it wrong to set a goal for yourself and put in effort for trying to achieve it? His goal was to taller, and like he mentioned 190cm was a motivation to put in effort. In addition, everyone talked as if they have gone through a height increase journey.

You focused so much on your height that you've glossed over some of the benefits of this challenge. The exercises made you so much stronger and healthier. The program increased your discipline. Don't think of it as a waste. Use the knowledge and apply it to other ares of your life such as wealth building / business etc. Two things are guaranteed: You will find success if you keep trying and it will look very different from what you thought success would be right now. :)
That 7mm could just be from his spine being decompressed. You are naturally taller at the start of the day, then lose that height from gravity pushing down on your spine. There is no way you can gain 19cm in 3 years after 21 from doing exercises and eating alone.
It's surprising how rarely people mention this, but running can actually make you grow by up to 20mm. The tiny damages you inflict on your bones upon impact gradually lead to their healing and becoming stronger. Additionally, don't forget to properly stretch your spine and give yourself a chance to decompress by hanging or stretching out after a long day. Considering we spend most of our time upright, it's important to counterbalance the compression.
@@p.pripenryh Idk this for a fact, but what I've heard is that the 20mm is from the decompressing of the spine. But sprinting releases growth hormone (somatropin) and also creates micro fractures in the bones which can then make the bone bigger once healed

My parents never allowed me to play sports during my school days cause those days parents were most concerned about grades and not child fitness. I regret it , I could have been taller.
You got time, its never too late + 80 percent is genetics and only about 10 or 20 percent might be food or activity such as sports. Tho i have known people who were homeless, they didnt have meal for a week in a young age and they end up 190cm You know its mostly how your genes are programmed so dont blame yourself, you got it!

I’m 182cm, my mum is 160cm, my dad is 170cm. Im doing swimming, badminton, tennis and go to gym twice a week. I haven’t grown in 1 year, although I’ve been doing all these sports. Update: just measured today 16/12/2020, I’m 184cm. I haven’t done any sports for the past year due to covid. 3/8/2021 Just measured to be 185cm. Not sure if it’s due to the excess in nutrition throughout covid and lockdown. Grew 1cm these few months

im 5'5 now n 21 , i've always regret not doing the right things during my young age, if you are in your teens, i recommend you not to go on a strict diet, eat alot but try to eat the right things, if you're fat don't worry too much you'll lose it easily after you've fully developed and try to get enough sleep, follow this and you'll definitely put you height growth above average or an average minimum
I'm a male 22 now and height is 5'3 which is shorter than you. I'm doing alot of exercises when i was young like swiming and was 5 years in a field hockey team. I've been stuck with 5'3 since i was 15 years old. Sometimes genetics is just too strong.

Not true at all. It's all genetics. When i was a teen age i use to swim alot and in field hockey club for 5 years. Then i realise it that i had stopped growing when i was 15. I'm a 22 years old male now and my height is still the same as i was 15... which is 160cm.

At 16 I was 170 cm, my parents are both 175. I never had a growth spurt and I was always the late bloomer, even my brother who was 13 at the time was taller then me. By the time I was 19 I was 185cm. I outgrew my brother by just 3 cm finally! I have to say its most genetics and my parents are obviously not on the short side. If your a teenager you can easily grow taller if you do exercies like swimming and hanging and adjusting your diet. But at some point your body does stop and 21 is pretty late. But this video is definitely good for younger people in their teens
you didn't do anything specifically to increase your height? drinking more milk, stretching, jumping, hanging from bars etc? cause thats a pretty nice growth spurt. if you didn't do anything and you got from 170 to 195 in 3 years i bet if u had put in the effort u could've gotten atleast over 205, possibly even more

18:07 this guy doesnt know that height is fluctuating during the day. In the morning we are generally taller, because after bed there was no compression on the spine. But if you measure yourself after practicing many exercices your spine start to compress then you can lose even 2 cm

7 mm in 3 months means: 1.5cm in 6 months: 3cm in 1 year! And 3cm ist quite noticable! So even though this guy grew only very slowly, he grow something! Now imagine you start with 18 and continue to do this exercises for 2 years: You may reach your full height potential! In 2 years with this method you would reach 6cm or about 2.5 (2.4?) inches! And that is aloot. And if you have a short upper body (like me) with a height of 179cm or 5,10.5 but your legs are the length of a person who is usually 186cm tall or 6. 1.25, then there is a chance that you might grow from stretching your spine to its full potential to as much as 2 inches! Now lets say you wear lifts of about 1 inch, then you could become taller with 3 inches or 7.5cm! That is my goal. Im 18 and due to heavy weight lifting which i begun at age 14 my upperbody is very short in comparison to my legs. My older brother who is 186.5cm or 6, 1.5 tall has the exact same leg length! Therefore i should have grown to atleast 6 foot (183cm) or even 6foot 1 (185.4cm). I am going to start to do hardcore exercises inorder to grow for as much as possible. you might say i am tall at 5.10,5 or 179cm .. that may be true in comparison to even shorter guys but here in germany the avg height for a male in my age ist about 6 foot and im not kinding. there are alot of girls that are almost as tall as me at 5.9 (175cm) and also alot that are Taller than me at 5.11.. which is humiliating. I need to reach atleast 6 foot (183cm) .. 184cm would be good and 185 would be perfect.. but 185 seems to be too far away.. we will see. at 184 i dont need to wear lifts anymore cause i would feel like a solid not really tall but ok height for a man. My height wouldnt be an advantage in comparison to other guys inorder to attract women BUT it wouldnt be a disadvantage either anymore. It would be in a neutral state therefore giving my other qualities the oppertunity to attract women the height of 5.7 and below which is about 50% of the women my age. Thats good enough for me. You see I want to smash alot of women during my 20s and i already smashed a reasonable nummber of girls until now (before corona) but back then height wasnt on the girls priority list. After every Month (i may forget this comment so pls remind me if you want to hear bout my progress) I will update my current height. I want to reach atleast 6 foot before the summer is over so until mid july.. 5 months from now. I am very driven and very disciplined so expect me to work as hard as possible inorde to achieve 184cm. Secrets to grow taller before you reach 21: 1-Play a lot of basketball/ volleyball. These sports streach out your bone, joint structure. 2- Eat a LOT of food (milk, proteine, meat, spinach, etc.. and sleep enough hours. 3-Take supplements that stimulate the pituitary gland to release GH, like Gaba, Tryptophan, etc... I think the point people are missing here, is that he's striving for a goal. Is it wrong to set a goal for yourself and put in effort for trying to achieve it? You focused so much on your height that you've glossed over some of the benefits of this challenge. The exercises made you so much stronger and healthier. The program increased your discipline. Don't think of it as a waste. Use the knowledge and apply it to other ares of your life such as wealth building / business etc. Two things are guaranteed: You will find success if you keep trying and it will look very different from what you thought success would be right now. :)

That 7mm could just be from his spine being decompressed. You are naturally taller at the start of the day, then lose that height from gravity pushing down on your spine. There is no way you can gain 19cm in 3 years after 21 from doing exercises and eating alone.

Considering we spend most of our time upright, it's important to counterbalance the compression.

I’m 182cm, my mum is 160cm, my dad is 170cm. Im doing swimming, badminton, tennis and go to gym twice a week. I haven’t grown in 1 year, although I’ve been doing all these sports.
Update: just measured today 16/12/2020, I’m 184cm. I haven’t done any sports for the past year due to covid.

im 5'5 now n 21 , i've always regret not doing the right things during my young age, if you are in your teens, i recommend you not to go on a strict diet, eat alot but try to eat the right things, if you're fat don't worry too much you'll lose it easily after you've fully developed and try to get enough sleep, follow this and you'll definitely put you height growth above average or an average minimum
I'm a male 22 now and height is 5'3 which is shorter than you. I'm doing alot of exercises when i was young like swiming and was 5 years in a field hockey team. I've been stuck with 5'3 since i was 15 years old. Sometimes genetics is just too strong.

It's not like humans evolved for so long only to be limited by their genetics, we are made to change and adapt. At 16 I was 170 cm, my parents are both 175. I never had a growth spurt and I was always the late bloomer, even my brother who was 13 at the time was taller then me. By the time I was 19 I was 185cm. I outgrew my brother by just 3 cm finally! I have to say its most genetics and my parents are obviously not on the short side. If your a teenager you can easily grow taller if you do exercies like swimming and hanging and adjusting your diet. But at some point your body does stop and 21 is pretty late. But this video is definitely good for younger people in their teens

18:07 this guy doesnt know that height is fluctuating during the day. In the morning we are generally taller, because after bed there was no compression on the spine. But if you measure yourself after practicing many exercices your spine start to compress then you can lose even 2 cm

7 mm in 3 months means: 1.5cm in 6 months: 3cm in 1 year! And 3cm ist quite noticable! So even though this guy grew only very slowly, he grow something! Now imagine you start with 18 and continue to do this exercises for 2 years: You may reach your full height potential! In 2 years with this method you would reach 6cm or about 2.5 (2.4?) inches! And that is aloot. And if you have a short upper body (like me) with a height of 179cm or 5,10.5 but your legs are the length of a person who is usually 186cm tall or 6. 1.25, then there is a chance that you might grow from stretching your spine to its full potential to as much as 2 inches! Now lets say you wear lifts of about 1 inch, then you could become taller with 3 inches or 7.5cm! That is my goal. Im 18 and due to heavy weight lifting which i begun at age 14 my upperbody is very short in comparison to my legs. My older brother who is 186.5cm or 6, 1.5 tall has the exact same leg length! Therefore i should have grown to atleast 6 foot (183cm) or even 6foot 1 (185.4cm). I am going to start to do hardcore exercises inorder to grow for as much as possible. you might say i am tall at 5.10,5 or 179cm .. that may be true in comparison to even shorter guys but here in germany the avg height for a male in my age ist about 6 foot and im not kinding. there are alot of girls that are almost as tall as me at 5.9 (175cm) and also alot that are Taller than me at 5.11.. which is humiliating. I need to reach atleast 6 foot (183cm) .. 184cm would be good and 185 would be perfect.. but 185 seems to be too far away.. we will see. at 184 i dont need to wear lifts anymore cause i would feel like a solid not really tall but ok height for a man. My height wouldnt be an advantage in comparison to other guys inorder to attract women BUT it wouldnt be a disadvantage either anymore. It would be in a neutral state therefore giving my other qualities the oppertunity to attract women the height of 5.7 and below which is about 50% of the women my age. Thats good enough for me. You see I want to smash alot of women during my 20s and i already smashed a reasonable nummber of girls until now (before corona) but back then height wasnt on the girls priority list.
After every Month (i may forget this comment so pls remind me if you want to hear bout my progress) I will update my current height. Dude, you might no get much taller but your body we'll thank you for all the exercise and hard work, making you gain muscle.
Secrets to grow taller before you reach 21:
1-Play a lot of basketball/ volleyball. These sports streach out your bone, joint structure.
2- Eat a LOT of food (milk, proteine, meat, spinach, etc.. and sleep enough hours.
3-Take supplements that stimulate the pituitary gland to release GH, like Gaba, Tryptophan, etc...
Just by doing this, anybody can increase their height 3-4 inches. I proved it with myself and my little brother. Im 6,1 and he's 5,9 but our parents are short, so we grew taller than our genes.
Oh and don't expect to grow over the lapse of 20 days or a couple of months. If you want to grow, you have to approach it long term buddy, like 2-4 years you'll see difference.

@@wasteofnickname yeah I used to play football daily, and started to make yoga for like 6 months but stopped as I saw I wasn't gonna grow up more. Lack of exercise wasn't a real issue. You should look on how tall are your parents and relatives, when did they usually stopped growing etc. If you wanna know how tall you could be. My father for exemple is 173cm since he was 16
