So I just wanna put this here: I'm 18 and have inflammatory arthritis, and it's been getting worse and worse in my hip for years. I wasn't able to walk very far without getting stiff, I had flareups every other week, and I felt miserable. I decided I wanted to change that, knowing that sitting around was gonna make me feel worse. For the past few months I've been following your workout vids, and I've noticed such a drastic difference - I have more hip flexibility, I can walk for over an hour and I'm nowhere near as stiff as before, and I'm not getting such frequent flareups. I feel like I can go out with my friends (when this is all over) and not have to make them wait for me to rest every time we walk anywhere lol. Didn't wanna make this a really inspirational sob story, but Chloe, you've honestly made me feel like an 18 year old again rather than an 80 year old. Thank you so so so so much
lilith sadler hello!! just wanted to let you know youre not alone in that i was also diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at 19. i had excruciating flareups for 6 months straight until i was put on meds. I also started going to the y almost everyday for cardio(light basketball), light weight training for my legs, arms, and back, and i finished off with some cardio in the pool! i felt so energized during this time and i could actually move!!!! id still have occasional flareups in the soles of my feet and neck, but overall i felt so much better. i hope youll be able to go out with your friends with more ease after the quarantine is over! gl!! 🧡
Same here! I have Lupus and the inflammation is crazy! I’ve been doing morning walk for 30-60mins or swimming, eating healthier and do Chloe Ting workout. To be honest, after 3 weeks I feel less pain on my joint and my overall health is improving. I’ve lost 5-6kgs so far! We’re in this together!

I just saw a tiktok video ranting about how Chloe Ting is such a scammy person, and here I am in my six month Chloe Ting's journey literally thriving with my new bomb ass body while no other routine before her could. It goes to show that there is no perfect fit for everybody, I found mine here and at the same time I can understand might no be for everybody. They say you need to be consistant to see results and it's true but also, you need to find the right motivations/motivators to make the journey as fun as possible, so it sticks. So glad I found you Chloe ❤

Yo I cannot thank chole enough...bro I started this last month and right now I cannot stop looking at myself in the mirror.....I'm so proud of myself and my body I dont feel insecure about my body again because the dips are gone and I feel much more healthier and I've been getting a lot of good compliments about my hips from my family and I also started the 2 week shred and I'm getting my waist and abs and along with that in the night before i go to bed I do 20 crunches on my waist and my belly Omg I'm just so happy with the results thanks so much chloe keep up the work your definitely making people out there so much happier with their body😄😄😋😋 Dang never got this much likes but thanks lovelies😖💜

come along my journey for my summer glow-up!! ☀ may 29, 2023 - let the journey began!! day 1 ✅ - perfect amount of time, definitely felt the burn but I do not feel sore! (yet) day 2 ✅ - wasn't sore but I did feel the burn a lot this time. today seemed even harder than yesterday for some reason but I feel good! day 3 ✅ - was not having a good day, but this definitely made me feel better. starting to get the hang of all the exercises too! day 4 ✅ - nothing much too say but it was a good work-out day! day 5 ✅ - quick and good work-out! day 6 ✅ - again, quick and good! day 7 ⭐ ✅- workout sucked because I was interrupted multiply times but at least im one week in! Not seeing much results though. day 8 ✅ - really good workout! day 9 ✅- workout was ok! day 10 ✅- one of the best work-outs I've done so far! super proud of myself for going this far day 11 ✅- was really un motived but work-outed anyway! feel great day 12 ✅ - felt the burn today! day 13 ✅- almost two weeks in! feeling great day 14 ⭐ ✅ - two weeks in! super proud of myself! I really just need a rest days since I have been working so hard!* day 26 ✅ - felt so good to workout again and get out of that slump I was in, almost a month in! Let's do this!! day 27 ✅ - my motivated the whole time was the ice cream bar I was gonna eat afterwards 😭😭 day 28 ✅ - nothing much to say but a great work out! day 29 ✅- a month since I started this work-out! super proud of myself, can't believe tmr is the last day! day 30 ✅ - well I did it! today was actually the quickest day of working out but I just can't believe I have been doing it for over a month! Super proud of myself since June was a crazy emotion month RESULTS : My waist is snatched, the butt is plump and lifted a bit, and for my hip dips, only a inch or two of curves. Komal Gill different body types work differently! just be patient with yourself and remember it’s OKAY to have hip dips! so it’s fine if they don’t disappear right away. if it’s too easy maybe you aren’t working the right muscles so you could try fixing your form or getting resisting bands! if it’s hard and you feel it in the right places that means it’s working so you should just be patient :)

I'm not a trainer or anything, so take my advice with some salt, but from what I understand, bands are like the home workout equivalent of adding steepness/speed on the treadmill, or upgrading to heavier dumbbells. They're an artificial way of increasing that intensity our muscles need to keep improving on the mat. They help for sure, but don't feel like you absolutely need resistance bands to make progress. You just need to make sure your workouts aren't too easy. *Don't overwork yourself, but so long as you & you're muscles are getting properly worked each time, you're on the right track!* The best way imo to challenge yourself is to just add an extra video to your routine (and Chloe along w/ the rest of youtube probably have tons of advanced videos too). There's also little things too, like doing an exercise for 60 seconds if the 30 sec timer was too easy, or squeezing the relevant muscles for longer. You can also look up more advanced versions of some of these exercises to try, and substitute them in. Like maybe there's a harder plank or crunch out there you can use instead while following along with CT's video.
Props to you for doing this! I’m a girl and I very rarely see boys doing chloe tings workouts. It’s nice to see that some boys don’t think of doing chloe ting workouts as being gay or whatever. Keep going dude!

If I did this a few months or even a year ago I would have been sweating and crying. @@user-iy1kt5dt5x I'm probably not the correct person to be answering this but I say take both rest days, what you did sounds like a lot to me and it couldn't hurt to take an extra rest day, after all Chloe herself said that the schedule she has can be modified and you can take more rest days, so yeah two rest days sounds good.

@@k4zj I am doing it since a year too. I lost so much weight, my stomach abs are more defined. Ofc not as a gym can do, but for us, they are enough to maintain our shape and be healthy, more exercisea with dumbells and stuff can really add to it

I’ve been doing this workout program for over a week now, and let me tell you, this really works! Chloe has the best workouts and you get real results. However, your diet plays a big part in it too. If you want the best results possible, make sure you are eating healthy:) This is definitely one of the most effective programs i’ve ever done!

It’s healthier than peanut butter and provides necessary nutrients. If you have a blender at home you can also make smoothies using protein powder, berries, bananas, and either milk, yogurt, or water, whichever you prefer!
Haley YESS. big difference. I’m on day 23 of her hourglass program. I can see and feel my hips getting rounder and my butt perkier. If I were to continue training my glutes and adding resistance, I guarantee my hip dips would completely disappear
I’ve been feeling horrible in my body lately and I decided I need a change. Coming back everyday to confirm I did and will add progress after week one. Week one Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ body is sore from yesterday, was harder to do, but still did Won’t be able to do Day 3 ❌as I am going camping Day 4: ✅ Day 5: can’t do today because busy ❌ Day 6: ✅ started my period and got bad cramps with no motivation, just still pushed through and did it Day 7: ✅ I haven’t noticed any physical changes yet, probably because I took a couple days off, but this is getting easier to do and my body feels great! Week 2 Day 8: ✅ I had no motivation to workout today and was going to skip, but remembered consistently is key. Just finished. Day 9: ❌ had a really rough day today, wasn’t able to do to Day 10: ✅ had absolutely no motivation but just finished. Day 11: ✅ I had absolutely no motivation yet again and was literally going to skip today. Started and had to stop and thought about just putting an x, but I pulled through and did it even though it was hard. Day 12: ❌ Day 13: ❌ Day 14: ❌✅ half with this one. I didn’t have enough motivation or energy to finish, but I did enough to feel it in my legs. Starting over. Stopped for a week. Realizing I’m falling back into a depression. I need to get myself out again before it gets worse. Day 1: ✅

I've always been severely insecure about my hips, because its just flat around my hips. Recently i had a really bad depression episode and finally decided that I'm goin to try to be my best self (improving my self esteem, etc) and I'm going to document my progress! day 3: it's not as hard as day 1 and 2, and I can definitely feel my glutes sore the day after
I tried resistance bands and after 25 day my hip dips ( that I was always insecure about) vanished..... planning,I even did 2 weeks abs challenge and after a month I have upper abs and my lower belly is flat. Fell very satisfied...

My mum has had arthritis since she was 7 years old and found that swimming has really helped!

may 29, 2023 - let the journey began!!
day 1 ✅ - perfect amount of time, definitely felt the burn but I do not feel sore! (yet)
day 2 ✅ - wasn't sore but I did feel the burn a lot this time. today seemed even harder than yesterday for some reason but I feel good!
day 3 ✅ - was not having a good day, but this definitely made me feel better. starting to get the hang of all the exercises too!
day 4 ✅ - nothing much too say but it was a good work-out day!
day 5 ✅ - quick and good work-out!
day 6 ✅ - again, quick and good!
day 7 ⭐ ✅- workout sucked because I was interrupted multiply times but at least im one week in! Not seeing much results though.
day 8 ✅ - really good workout!
day 9 ✅- workout was ok!
day 10 ✅- one of the best work-outs I've done so far! super proud of myself for going this far
day 11 ✅- was really un motived but work-outed anyway! feel great

day 27 ✅ - my motivated the whole time was the ice cream bar I was gonna eat afterwards 😭😭

day 29 ✅- a month since I started this work-out! super proud of myself, can't believe tmr is the last day!
day 30 ✅ - well I did it! today was actually the quickest day of working out but I just can't believe I have been doing it for over a month! Super proud of myself since June was a crazy emotion month
RESULTS : My waist is snatched, the butt is plump and lifted a bit, and for my hip dips, only a inch or two of curves. Sort of sucks that I didn't have bigger results but oh well. Komal Gill different body types work differently! just be patient with yourself and remember it’s OKAY to have hip dips! so it’s fine if they don’t disappear right away. if it’s too easy maybe you aren’t working the right muscles so you could try fixing your form or getting resisting bands! if it’s hard and you feel it in the right places that means it’s working so you should just be patient :)

@@maadjoankansah1990 Nope, I don't. I'm not a trainer or anything, so take my advice with some salt, but from what I understand, bands are like the home workout equivalent of adding steepness/speed on the treadmill, or upgrading to heavier dumbbells. They're an artificial way of increasing that intensity our muscles need to keep improving on the mat.
They help for sure, but don't feel like you absolutely need resistance bands to make progress. You just need to make sure your workouts aren't too easy. *Don't overwork yourself, but so long as you & you're muscles are getting properly worked each time, you're on the right track!*
The best way imo to challenge yourself is to just add an extra video to your routine (and Chloe along w/ the rest of youtube probably have tons of advanced videos too). There's also little things too, like doing an exercise for 60 seconds if the 30 sec timer was too easy, or squeezing the relevant muscles for longer. You can also look up more advanced versions of some of these exercises to try, and substitute them in. Like maybe there's a harder plank or crunch out there you can use instead while following along with CT's video.
Props to you for doing this! I’m a girl and I very rarely see boys doing chloe tings workouts. It’s nice to see that some boys don’t think of doing chloe ting workouts as being gay or whatever. Keep going dude!

I’ve been doing this workout program for over a week now, and let me tell you, this really works! Chloe has the best workouts and you get real results. However, your diet plays a big part in it too. It’s healthier than peanut butter and provides necessary nutrients. If you have a blender at home you can also make smoothies using protein powder, berries, bananas, and either milk, yogurt, or water, whichever you prefer!

Day 1: ✅
Day 2: ✅ body is sore from yesterday, was harder to do, but still did

Day 6: ✅ started my period and got bad cramps with no motivation, just still pushed through and did it

Day 5 - 35 inches.

I tried resistance bands and after 25 day my hip dips ( that I was always insecure about) vanished..... planning,I even did 2 weeks abs challenge and after a month I have upper abs and my lower belly is flat. Fell very satisfied...
