I was meant to get married on the 12th of April but it's been postponed because of the lockdown. So I'm taking this time to get the best body I can 💪🏼 I'm going to look amazing on my wedding day!
honest to god it's gonna sound weird but my favorite part about these videos is the comment section like we're all on our own journeys, we're all sweating and dying doing these work outs, some people are posting results to encourage others, some people are leaving nice paragraphs to encourage others, and a lot of us are making jokes about our pain lmao like it's so positive and wholesome it makes me feel so supported. so to my girls, my guys, and my nonbinary amigos: keep working bc this summer we're all gonna be hot as fuck

Seeing her lose her balance a little in the beginning just made me feel a bit better not in a mean way or anything just that even this perfect looking person can struggle a little
agreed. I like workouts more when you see the person fail a little, cause you know that this person you're looking up to who has a perfect body, also fails just like you. It makes you feel more normal and not as much a failure!

I love these workouts bc I feel like it’s the perfect level of difficulty. Like I know I can do it all without stopping but I definitely feel the burn, especially once I reached the point where I was able to add in the resistance bands. 🙏🏼

For those feeling the burn in one cheek more than the other, it means that side is probably weaker. People have a terrible habit of standing with their weight on one leg which can make it a bit stronger. I'm so bad for it too, I have to consciously remind myself to spread my weight evenly. I've also seen comments about people feeling it in their lower backs and not their glutes. That means that you're trying to go too high/too far back and your glutes aren't strong enough to lift your leg that high yet. Squeeze your glutes before you move and only go as high as the contraction let's you. If doesn't matter if your leg is an inch off the ground if you're using the right muscles. Hi guys, I just wanted to say I started to do this workout like a month ago when the video was released and DEFINITELY grew a butt since then like i didn’t even have a butt lmao but chloe ting and a resistance band has given me that so keep going don’t give up because it works! if you want the best results definitely use a resistance band cause that’s when i saw that the workout was actually working ! YOU CAN DO IT💝

I was on a national competitive team and we had a particularly rough work day... I went to run and I ran my fastest mile on record. Previously I couldn't even finish one without taking breaks.

i just finished her hourglass challenge, i've written my progress on my journal and i wanted to share it for anyone who needs motivation :) sorry if my english isn't perfect, i'm from italy i didn't change my diet, i only tried to avoid snacks and junk food. day 1: done. not exhausting but i feel sore and really motivated day 2: done but i only did half of the hip dips video. day 3: rest day day 4: did it all, also went swimming! day 5: done. my stomach feels tighter but maybe it's just a feeling idk day 6: done, and had a walk day 7: done, also had a walk day 8: today i did the workout on the schedule and also added the love handles one and a couple of songs workout because they're so much fun :) day 9: did it all, added a song workout and went on a walk. day 10: rest day. had a walk day 11: done and added the flat belly workout. i'm not feeling really motivated tbh day 12: rest day day 13: done day 14: done, added the love handles workout and abs in 2 weeks one day 15: done, added the 11 line abs workout. my stomach definitely feels much tighter. day 16: did it all. i looked at the photo i took before starting the challenge and my waist has slimmed down so much! day 17: done, went swimming day 18: i didn't do the abs in 2 weeks workout :( had a walk tho day 19: rest day, went on a walk but ate too much junk food day 20: i messed up today. i accidentally did the butt not legs workout, which wasn't on the schedule, did only half of the tiny waist round butt and butt not legs videos and didn't do the hip dips one. day 21: did it all and added the flat tummy one but went to mcdonald's day 22: rest day day 23: done, added love handles workout day 24: done day 25: done overall, i didn't see any changes in my butt, maybe because it was already big and i actually wanted it to slim down bit. i think my hips look rounder tho. the biggest difference is definitely on my waist, and my stomach feels tighter, even if it's still not ad defined as i'd like. i feel really healthy and strong and proud of myself, i've never stuck to a program this long! i'm probably going to start her lean tight challenge.

BEFORE: Waist: 63 cm Buttocks: 82 cm AFTER: Waist: 61 cm Buttocks: 84 cm The change isn’t that dramatic, but I can definitely see a visual improvement on my abs. I started her program to feel better and to be more active while quarantined and this really helped! If you’re looking for really drastic changes, dieting will help with it, all I did was avoid snacking and drinking a lot of water.
been doing this for around 3-4 months and my butt got firmer. especially when i started using a resistance band. my only suggestion would be is to only do this when its your first time doing glute exercises. but eventually switch to resistance/strength training targetting glutes to maintain glute muscle growth

After doing the summer shred challenge for the past 10 days, I’m getting stretch marks on my legs, hips, and butt! In society stretch marks are seen as a negative thing, but I’m SO HAPPY, because it means my muscles are growing FAST!!!! Thank you Chloe Ting, for empowering us 💗💗💗

soo im on day 14 today and i wanted to do a little update: i started at waist 66cm, butt 89cm, weight 56kg, and today im at waist 63, butt 90, weight 56. maybe it doesnt sound like much but i love how i look, and i just feel overall better and stronger. hope my end results are just as good :)
As a runner with fairly strong legs but only a somewhat strong booty I really needed something that isolates the booty. This is perfect for that. Thank you for making this (and in general such a variety of videos so everyone can find what they need)!
I really like Chloe and how she encourages us the whole way and tells us exact how to do the exercises and what I should focus on because that really helps me do it right. I also like that she said you’ve already done 10 min or you have 4 exercises left. That makes me feel proud of myself and gives me the motivation to keep plugging. Of all the exercise programs and things I’ve done I think Chloe Ting’s actual make a difference I can see, oh and my husband can see too!!

don’t worry, a good workout doesn’t have to be painful, and a painful workout doesn’t mean it was good! if you’re not feeling it in your butt at all though, look up mind muscle connection! that could be why you’re not feeling it. if that doesn’t help much, try to add resistance and make sure your form is correct - when i didn’t feel workouts in my butt, it was because my posture wasn’t straight enough so I was feeling it in my lower back more than my butt

i just finished her hourglass challenge, i've written my progress on my journal and i wanted to share it for anyone who needs motivation :) sorry if my english isn't perfect, i'm from italy
i didn't change my diet, i only tried to avoid snacks and junk food.
day 1: done. not exhausting but i feel sore and really motivated
day 2: done but i only did half of the hip dips video.
day 3: rest day
day 4: did it all, also went swimming!
day 5: done. my stomach feels tighter but maybe it's just a feeling idk
day 6: done, and had a walk
day 7: done, also had a walk
day 8: today i did the workout on the schedule and also added the love handles one and a couple of songs workout because they're so much fun :)
day 9: did it all, added a song workout and went on a walk.
day 10: rest day. had a walk
day 11: done and added the flat belly workout. i'm not feeling really motivated tbh
day 12: rest day
day 13: done
day 14: done, added the love handles workout and abs in 2 weeks one
day 15: done, added the 11 line abs workout. my stomach definitely feels much tighter.
day 16: did it all. i looked at the photo i took before starting the challenge and my waist has slimmed down so much!
day 17: done, went swimming
day 18: i didn't do the abs in 2 weeks workout :( had a walk tho
day 19: rest day, went on a walk but ate too much junk food
day 20: i messed up today. i accidentally did the butt not legs workout, which wasn't on the schedule, did only half of the tiny waist round butt and butt not legs videos and didn't do the hip dips one.
day 21: did it all and added the flat tummy one but went to mcdonald's
day 22: rest day
day 23: done, added love handles workout
day 24: done
day 25: done
overall, i didn't see any changes in my butt, maybe because it was already big and i actually wanted it to slim down bit. i think my hips look rounder tho. the biggest difference is definitely on my waist, and my stomach feels tighter, even if it's still not ad defined as i'd like. i feel really healthy and strong and proud of myself, i've never stuck to a program this long! i'm probably going to start her lean tight challenge.

The change isn’t that dramatic, but I can definitely see a visual improvement on my abs. I started her program to feel better and to be more active while quarantined and this really helped! If you’re looking for really drastic changes, dieting will help with it, all I did was avoid snacking and drinking a lot of water.

I wanna do this but I’m too lazy rn
been doing this for around 3-4 months and my butt got firmer. especially when i started using a resistance band. my only suggestion would be is to only do this when its your first time doing glute exercises. but eventually switch to resistance/strength training targetting glutes to maintain glute muscle growth

After doing the summer shred challenge for the past 10 days, I’m getting stretch marks on my legs, hips, and butt! In society stretch marks are seen as a negative thing, but I’m SO HAPPY, because it means my muscles are growing FAST!!!! Thank you Chloe Ting, for empowering us 💗💗💗

soo im on day 14 today and i wanted to do a little update: i started at waist 66cm, butt 89cm, weight 56kg, and today im at waist 63, butt 90, weight 56. maybe it doesnt sound like much but i love how i look, and i just feel overall better and stronger. hope my end results are just as good :)

As a runner with fairly strong legs but only a somewhat strong booty I really needed something that isolates the booty. This is perfect for that. Thank you for making this (and in general such a variety of videos so everyone can find what they need)!

I really like Chloe and how she encourages us the whole way and tells us exact how to do the exercises and what I should focus on because that really helps me do it right. I also like that she said you’ve already done 10 min or you have 4 exercises left. That makes me feel proud of myself and gives me the motivation to keep plugging. Of all the exercise programs and things I’ve done I think Chloe Ting’s actual make a difference I can see, oh and my husband can see too!!

don’t worry, a good workout doesn’t have to be painful, and a painful workout doesn’t mean it was good! if you’re not feeling it in your butt at all though, look up mind muscle connection! that could be why you’re not feeling it. if that doesn’t help much, try to add resistance and make sure your form is correct - when i didn’t feel workouts in my butt, it was because my posture wasn’t straight enough so I was feeling it in my lower back more than my butt

I was so in shape before quarantine... going to the gym almost daily, eating well etc etc. When Covid started I used Chloe’s workouts daily and eventually I got tired and stopped and now it’s SO hard to get back into it. I’m halfway through and I’m DYING. To think I used to do all 3-4 vids per day. Once you get good habits, don’t quit!!
