ESPN Sunday Night Baseball. It doesn't matter what place you're in and how good you are because if the Yankees/Red Sox or Cubs/Cardinals have a weekend series, THAT is where the ESPN crew will be.
There is a Sunday Night Baseball intro I have been searching for for years. I believe it played somewhere between 2005-2009, but the intro would start out black and white with Babe Ruth and then it flashed through players through the years leading up to modern time while playing the sunday night baseball theme. I used to watch baseball with my grandfather around that time period, and that intro would really take me back if anybody knows of it being on youtube.
@@MrWiiilil you don’t know how much I appreciate you. That’s exactly it. I loved right after that intro they would play the really light part of the theme for a minute or two. It added a lot of hype / build up to the game for me. You finding that really means a lot to me, thanks again!
@@WoWFenris Yeah, no problem! I was super hyped when I found it, too. That version of the theme is the greatest baseball theme of all time imo. It so perfectly captured the spirit of baseball. The theme really evokes the history and pedigree of the game, the guitar adds excitement, and the heavy use of wind instruments and sounds makes it perfect for an outdoor sport. And the post-intro music you're talking about is so perfect for a blimp shot of a hyped crowd at a historic ballpark. Glad I could help!
Sunday night baseball would be so much more watchable but instead you guys just copy and paste the same 6-8 teams every couple weeks 🙄 Yankees, Red Sox, dodgers, Phillies, Braves, cubs, cardinals.
