schmoove Smoove Bro did you not see game 7?? The umps were saying the Astros were throwing balls when they were clearly throwing strikes. That happened atleast 4-5 times. And when the Dodgers were pitching. they were calling balls they were throwing strikes. They were doing that so the Astros wouldn't get EVEN MORE points on the dodgers to completely blow them out. If anything I thought the Astros were gonna lose cause The Dodgers paid off the umps to call bad plays. That explains why Jensen and Puig were SOOOOO sure that the Astros would lose game 7. This is coming from a DIE HARD Cardinals fan. I was neutral on either team. At first i swayed towards the dodgers cause Gurriel did that racist shit (which makes me think that the game was rigged even less since EVERYONE hated that man for the rest of the world series). But i started saying fuck the dodgers on game 7 when those umps started cheating.
schmoove Smoove the dodgers had a terrible ump, and the Astros came back being down like 3 times because they had more heart and never gave up. It wasn't rigged
ESPN Just wonderful, I been tryin to find out about "how to help stuttering adults" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Rincaas Stammify Blocker - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my mate got excellent success with it.

Agree, as someone who stutters, the most important thing to have is confidence, and hanging out with unsupportive, cruel people will definitely not help. Keep the kind, supportive people close, you'll need them.
I have a stutter. Had it since the 1st grade. I still remember the day it hit me. My mom even made fun of me cuz it came out of nowhere. But it's okay. It's gotten so much better people rarely recognize it. I'm in college now, thriving. I applaud mr. Springer!
Thank you, for letting the world know about your stuttering impairment. To know a world class player like you, who also dealt with stuttering is so uplifting for me and others with the same issue!!
I gave it a thumbs down because of your comment. That's how easy it is. It's the press of a finger on a screen. (I didn't actually give it a thumbs down)
Very inspirational! I am one who stutters and I never knew Springer also stuttered. He is such an inspiration to all people who stutter and I feel like I am not alone in the world. I too have dreams and Springer's dream became a reality. His stuttering did not prevent him from following his dreams and neither should mine.
This sincerely made me cry. I didn't know George had a stutter and it's beautiful to know what he does to help others and how much he's grown and achieved since going through his struggle. Congratulations to the MVP and the World Series Champs, the Houston Astros!
Stories like these always get me. Great guy, great mentor and great ambassador for the game of baseball and for kids everywhere with a stutter. Congrats George :)
Another inspirational Player ! We love you ! You boys are representing our Houston so beautifully I’m so proud of each of them #houstonproud #houstonstrong
Thank you for posting this video, it is both educational and awe inspiring. I am a lifelong San Francisco Giants fan, but I am a tremendous admirer of this young man George Springer. What dedication and perseverance he displays. I’m not ashamed to say that as a young boy I was given speech therapy, which thankfully helped me immensely. It’s very clear to see that George is a good person and he gives back, especially to the kids who are beginning their own journeys. I applaud him for what he is doing. I will root for him and his ball club this Fall. Maybe his team can make it to and win the World Series. Good luck George.
I saw him speak at the astros parade right there at Houston city hall...i couldn't even tell he stuttered. He has come so far!! Houston loves you georgie!! Thank you for the win!! #mvp
This just makes me like the guy even more, he has a ton of talent and the obstacles he had to overcome to get there just make him an even better ball player
I really enjoyed this video. As someone who stutters, it is hard to describe the frustration when the words just won't come out. Now, I am 23 and still stutter. I've learned to control it better, but it is still there and always will be. Thank you George for being such a great ambassador for those who struggle to speak for themselves.
What an awesome guy, a true leader in high school, a leader in college, and a unforgettable leader that will always be remembered here in Houston Texas. He is absolutely one of the biggest reasons the Houston Astros won the world series. Something that no one could have ever predicted, talk about leadership at the highest level. This guy is a superstar all around, he deserves nothing but the best and that is exactly what he is achieving in life so far. Wear your new ring with pride my man, no one can take that away from you. History has been made in such an amazing way and during such an amazing time in Houston. What a story
George is an amazing person and ballplayer. So greatful for his contribution to SAY. Him as a person is helping my friend boost his confidence. Love you Springer.
This really hit home. I’ve been battling this my entire life. All the way to being interviewed during my days playing football in high school, college and my short professional career to my job now dealing with customers on a daily basis and teaching our apprentices in the evening. Hats off to this guys for putting himself out there because a lot of people who have this problem don’t want to be heard. Much respect.
During the World Series I talked shit about him but I didn’t know he had a stuttering problem and learning from this on how he got to where he is I regret or hate myself on hating him. Lessons in life is you should never make fun of people for who they are because later in the future they can become more successful than you.
I have a stutter as well. It makes me feel relieved and happy that someone I look up has struggled with the same thing I have. I’m growing out of it tho and I’m glad I am.
Having a stutter is the most frustrating thing. I had it as a kid but now, not having it no were near as bad, I still catch myself struggling on certain situations even at work. I love the fact this man is doing this in my city that I love so much helping out these kids. Wish there was a way to hear about all the things athletes do off the field like this one. George Springer is such a beast on the field and such an inspiration off the field. Good for him and I wish him more success, with love from a dodgers fan
I now have the upmost respect george springer. U have to have so much confidence to go out and be confident speaking with a stutter. U should never be bullied for something you can’t control. Just a legend man
Took all about 5 minutes for me to like the guy. Excellent work on this piece. I'm lucky enough to only have a very mild stutter and really feel for the kids going through what they do go through. God bless him and those like him that try and make this world a better place to live.
Such a great video. I never knew he had this. Would have never guessed. Every time he would be up to bat against L.A., it was almost certain he was gonna hit it into the stands. Love that he's so involved with people that can relate to him. Such a kind-hearted gentleman. Blessings!
I also have stuttering issues and through my high school career, English was one of my worst courses. I was never good at it but it took me time to practice and I got better. Glad to hear George doing what he does best as an Astros player and helping those that are in need.
