- While FOX and FS1 feel the need to use the NFL theme on its postseason baseball coverage, TBS's postseason coverage is set to this action packed, drama filled composition from Trevor Rabin. Here's the full 3 and a half minute theme for your listening pleasure.
No challenge to ownership is implied.
This theme has a distinct autumn feeling and I hope it never changes.

Epic postseason theme….specially at 1:04 and on. Reminds me of cool fall weather and the fall classic. Also reminds me of Pedro Martinez and the guys at TBS baseball…..love it. So far an epic 2021 MLB post season.

It’s almost that time
This is simply the best baseball theme out there. Hooked since the 2014 Postseason and my ringtone ever since.
So TBS and the MLB agreed to a $1B deal to continue the LCS and October on the network which means this theme will live on!
Plus it might be used for TBS's NHL coverage (including the Stanley Cup Playoffs) now that both TBS & TNT recently acquired the rights to the NHL from NBC

That was a fun night. Severino pitched with a chip on his shoulder after how the previous year's WC game went for him and that Judge HR in the 1st inning set the tone for the rest of the night. Boston was just a buzzsaw that year

OMG, the full theme! Finally. I love this so much. Thank you. Best theme in sports today. I love the entire thing obviously, but starting at the 1:04 mark is especially good and was typically left out on other videos I had found.

I remember this theme when it first came out in the 2007 MLB playoffs and thinking " this theme freaking sucks". Ever since then I wised up and to me it's so freaking epic. As a matter of fact, they brought back the old MLB on Fox for this season and I must say, this one's better.

Joe Buck used to be a lot better 15-20 years ago... it's only really the last 15 he's mailed it in. And it coincided with him taking a more important role in NFL.

@@phxmaster9684 they actually do. The biggest problem of TBS's regular season coverage is that it's not exclusive like their postseason coverage. But Casey Stern, Pedro Martinez, and Jimmy Rollins, and maybe Gary Sheffield do have a pregame show.

@@jmramos0109 Turner has the rights to the Stanley Cup Finals for the odd #d yrs. through 2027. (ABC has the rights starting this year in ‘22 for even #’d yrs.) If they want them on free TV nationwide, it’s likely CBS will air them. This also could be a more likely scenario if Turner gets the rights to a World Series, but CBS would more likely have Jim Nantz as the announcer.
