True, but years later, ABC/ESPN got NBA as well as Turner sports, had different NBA themes, the NBA on Fox theme, TNT turned it down, but the theme from NBA on NBC Fox Sports used it for College Basketball 🏀.
I'm glad they use it for college basketball - still hard to hear it without thinking of Michael Jordan flying through the air and Marv yelling "A spec-tac-ular move...!!!!" But it always gets me pumped!
