- OGs in the drift scene (especially the UK drift scene) should be quite familiar with Driftworks. And if you're not? You should be now. This here AE86 Corolla is one of the many unique and f#*!ng awesome builds that come out of the Driftworks garage. With 700hp coming from an ASCAR drivetrain (no typo there - look it up), this chassis needed some serious help being able to cope with all that power and torque - see what they did to make this into one of the wildest AE86s we've ever seen.

Oh, hot damn! My wife was able to surprised me with a private tour of Driftworks in July and we saw that 86 up close at the shop and seen it in action at the BDC in Birmingham. It was the best time of my life. Thanks Driftworks and Fraser for the opportunity.
Yo, those big wheels, the low stance and the wide fenders look SO good! AE86 is one of my favorite cars, and this thing is awesome! Looks like a toy car.

Driftworks has built some of the rowdiest drift cars in Europe. Their 86 and S15 have been legends in the drifting community world wide.

I like that it doesn't have a bunch of body mods done to it, the Trueno front bumper is the nicest looking one and the flared fenders are subtle and goes with the lines of the car... I love it!

Everyone is hating on those too, but the ae86 is less common, so this car is more memorable

@@Barryschitpeas42069 I hate when the morons put LS swaps into RX7's and Silvias too their LS engines won't be able to rev 9.000-12.000RPMS Like the Rotary or a SR20VE or SR20DETT engines plus those engines get tuned can beat a tuned LS match by match because its not all about the size of the engine we have to count the weight the distribution the compression and torque a tuned rotary would eat a tuned LS for the breakfast I don't hate chevrolet but since I see a lot of Silvias and RX7 FC with LS swap at Craigslist I'm starting to hate the LS engine I'm looking for a S13 or S14 much stock as possible without engine swap.
@@giancarlolugo9586 I like all types of engines but bang for buck the ls v8 is hard to bet . Every man and his dog make parts for them and they came in so many different vehicles so a very easy and cheap to get
@@robvanderkroft6515 Dude I respect the LS for the reliability and capabilities Im just tired to see many silvias without the SR20 another engine with rad specs and tuning capabilities in U.S the Formula drift teams tend to swap LS to most silvias and 900hp while in Japan they keep the SR20DET SR20VE but they only tune it as much 350hp because all we know the Formula drift category you don't need a lot of horsepowers many 4 bangers dominate the drag too

Small batches are more expensive to get made than bigger batches, but they’ve probably weighed up getting a huge batch made and trying to sell loads of them for less vs. getting a smaller batch done and selling a few to some rich hardcore fans/people drunk online shopping.

Well that's just how it still has to be done for now. Hoonigan sells you a backpack for 100 dollars but the stash spot has a quarter ounce tucked inside. "Hey Judge, only bought a backpack, it just happened to have weed inside sir"

I saw this one day on Drift Masters in Toruń, Poland. Absolute savage! One of the most insane drift cars and loudest i think :)
That intake is the most delicious part of the build.
