The thing seems to sound great actually. I have a Magnaflow resonated X that I want to put on but it looks too big for an east install and places around here want like $300 for the job. I’m not paying that

5.7l hemi?? Flowmaster outlaws in place of mid suitcase muffler and do a resonator delete with 5" tips to fill the pockets and add some throat. You won't regret it

You replaced the muffler... and If you take off the resonators from the back is gonna have drone and you not gonna like it on the highway

How did u get the rear valence bumper vinyl wrapped? Theres no separation on the bumper. Custom cut? How much would u pay for it? I have 2017 Durango RT with tow package cover. Many Thanks.
I wrapped it myself. There's a groove line along the rear valance. Follow me on IG: WHITEKNIGHT_IX I'll show you the picture.
Deleting the resonators is fine but removing the mufflers or cats is illegal. I think it sounds nice but if you want a harder core sound then look into replacing your mufflers with ones from magma flow or flowmaster.

Hey man so I have a grand Cherokee same motor 3.6 I did the mid muffler suitcase delete that big box in the middle of the car and just added glass packs and also removed the resonator near the back bumper and I had crazy drone I kept glasspacks and added my resonator back drone is now gone but it’s much quieter do you think I should remove glass packs straight pipe it in the middle and leave my rears on to get a little noise back? My goal is little louder then stock but not annoying with drone
They only cut him in the middle and joined him with direct Pipe.

No issues with our sensor. I just install a cold air intake so I'm thinking about doing a tune next. No check engine lights
Disappointed, its a V6 tho, you would have to buy a whole flowmaster exhaust kit to probably sound good
I just had one put on mine, with a 4inch exhaust tip and did the mid muffler delete. Sounds like a BEAST!

ayy brotha i want to do this to my durango too but i don’t want my mom noticing the exhaust tone difference from stock i got black resonated tips and i’m thinking if i cut the mid muffler off and put the black resonated tips even on cold start would the sound be noticeable i just want a deep toned like yours exhaust but don’t want to sound like a Infiniti either 😂

I also have a v6 2018 durango. Mine is straight piped. No mid and no rear resonators. Sounds very good but it has a loud drone noise cruising at like 70 80 2k rpm.

The suitcase muffler in the middle is designed to quieten the exhaust note, the Resonators in the rear remove certain frequecies inside the exhaust to remove interior drone and other flow parameters. Nothing alike actually. Your reseach is terrible

How does it sound in the cab driving normal or cruising on the hwy?
With just the mid muffler delete it has no drone driving normally. Only time you would hear the exhaust is when you punch it
Once I added the borla exhaust mufflers I got droning sounds driving normally

Get rid of the stock mufflers in the rear and run a straight pipe with a pair of muffler tips to make it sound more aggressive.

DId the check engine light came on after the xpipe was deleted any decrease in MPG or bad smell?
Nope, No check engine light came on. Havent really noticed any decrease in MPG but I'll assume there might be because when you drive u just wanna floor it for no reason just to hear the sound. And yes I do have some bad smell if i do like a 0-100, but the smell is not unbearable
