Hi Rob. I am a fan of your work & have been following you for last 4 months. I have started working out since last 6 months & henceforth lost 23 Kgs so far. But one thing I found tough to kill are the love handles. Although I take care of my nutrition, Can you please direct for some cool exercises to kill these particular fat? My full Circuit Push ups Pull Up Sit Up Lunges Squats Military Press Ab Crunch Reverse Crunch Tricep Pull Down Bicepts Dips Every over day then i rotate between machine, body weight and free weights making sure every muscle is worked then i will take a 2 day rests after 14days

Yes it is but you should do 3 sets of the entire routine and mix them up with different variations like Rob said. Just follow what he said but make sure not to go to heavy or overdo it. You don't want to end up injuring a shoulder or knee or something.
