The irony is that, I love working out, but every time I watch one of these videos, I find myself cursing under my breath at least three times *because it feels punishing and exhausting to me!* Which is probably just a sign that I should practice until it becomes easier.

This was so difficult for me to do! I started with your beginner pilates workout and thought I could do this. I did, but it was so hard! I am grateful for the challenge though and I love how your videos make me feel during and after! I also love how your videos make me feel comfortable enough to challenge myself. This was my first attempt at a moderate class after starting on the beginner playlist and I found it such a jump, quite dispiriting… I thought it would be a good one to start with as it was billed for morning 😅 Did you find any of the moderate classes relatively easy for someone just moving up?
@@pixamixify I just moved to moderate! The one I struggled with the most was the pushup while having the leg up! I can't seem to maintain proper balance with that. Hopefully it gets easier over time!
Same here. Finished the beginner series and then attempted this one. It was definitely challenging. I had to take a lot of breaks. I will repeat this one a few times before moving on. I struggled with this one, but we will all get there one day. Hang in there everyone!

This was a harder workout than expected but still enjoyable with fatigued muscles! A great one if you want a proper workout but feel a little depleted Will come back to it time and time again! X
I used to be consistent with my yoga and home workout routine, but due to my busy schedule, I had to stop. Recently, I stumbled upon Pilates and decided to give it a try. Thanks to this channel, following Pilates exercises, has become easy. I have a small room and my hands and feet are hitting the bed and cabinet during class. I say it adds more flexibility to my body as I avoid the corners of the furniture during leg raises and other wide leg/arm movements. Great exercise Nicole!

I'm a person who loves pilates and does it very regularly(almost everyday). But these past 3-4 days i don't know why. I just did not feel like exercising except doing my regular streches, that i do everyday, anywhere and anytime that i feel like doing. But today just could not be without working out and did this. A challenging work out. I have not done pilates in many months - so this was challenging rather than moderate for me haha 🤭! My left side of neck felt stiff but hopefully it will calm down soon. I'm a person who loves pilates and does it very regularly(almost everyday). But these past 3-4 days i don't know why. I just did not feel like exercising except doing my regular streches, that i do everyday, anywhere and anytime that i feel like doing. But today just could not be without working out and did this. It felt like i got my mental peace back. Thank you so much for this.
Oh wow, this is such an innovative pilates session. Really challenging with those pulsing pushups AND I LOVE the flowy transitions. This video actually made me miss teaching my pilates classes and fluid transitions I was always incorporating into them☺️

did your beginner videos for two weeks. I felt confident to do this moderate one and let me tell you... I was crying out, I was sweating buckets and my hands were shaking. Was about to give up at the 28:47 mark but pushed through. gosh looking forward to the day this will get easier.
third day and it got easier just until before the plank part had to take a couple of breaks during that part

Loved it! My glutes/butt really hurt during the Bridges & the exercises on all fours and on our sides. My abs burned so good during the abs session & then at the end, my arms and shoulders/back were really challenged. Thank you for this amazing morning Pilates session!

I have not done pilates in many months - so this was challenging rather than moderate for me haha 🤭!
My left side of neck felt stiff but hopefully it will calm down soon. Edit: I woke up with a migraine the next day nd stiffness so I will restart with beginner level next time.
