    I have a theory if you can still pop your wrist your growth plates are still open because the cartilage hasn’t turn into bone yet.

      Sorry brother, the only true way to know is an xray. Popping or cracking joints is normal and doesn't have any relation to growth plate closure or otherwise. If they were open, the main thing you would feel is bone pain, indicating that your bones are expanding faster than your body can handle.

      @@Mei-sakura I have no idea where you got this idea from. Cracking and popping comes from gas release or fluid movement within the joint. It has nothing to do with your growth plates.

    IGF-1 is more important than HGH for height growth, eating a high protein and high glycemix index diet optimises it the most. I would recommend eating more carbs and protein (especially milk and dairy) before bed and remember that insulin is actually anabolic

      BTW a high dairy diet is the best for height growth, I started drinking 2 liters of milk, eating 500g of skyr (type of yogurt that has 10g of protein per 100g), eating high protein cheeses and taking 3 scoops of whey protein everyday when I was 14 and 163cm. Now i'm 17 and 194cm (still growing)

      You have it a bit backwards. Most of your IGF-1 will come from the liver in response to heightened HGH levels. And it stands, the precursor (HGH) will be more important. If you meant just in terms of building bone and cartilage, yes, IGF-1 has a more direct / greater impact.
      Protein and fats b4 bed are great, carbs are not. They will prevent or lower the dosage of HGH released during the night, which is crucial for growth.
      Other than that, you have all your facts straight-- high protein diet + exercise are good ways to boost IGF-1. Coincidentally, I also take 3 big scoops of whey every day.

    I'm 186cm idk why I'm watching this. I did the exact opposite to this video and still grew tall. I think 99% comes down to luck or genetics. I would recommend to just do 5 minutes of dead hangs, it might help stretch 1-2cm

    could you make your own height supplements maybe that include all the vitamins and everything necessary increase growth? i bet it would become insanely popular.

      That is a cool idea, but I don't have the resources for it yet. I think in a year or two it may become possible. The supp space has a high barrier to entry just because of all the safety rules and regulations

    Have you ever heard of APL: L-Arginine-Pyroglutamate plus L-Lysine (but be aware, not L-Arginine plus some Pyroglutamate plus L-Lysine)?

      Arginine and Lysine, yes. Not the pyroglutamate version, though. From my research, it seems like APL is very good for boosting HGH levels, and it helps with brain function. Good find. Are you taking it rn?

    Hi Cyzz, I've managed to get the first four supplements you recommended in the video but I wasn't able to purchase the last two due to their higher cost. I'm wondering if I should prioritise saving up for them or if they are less crucial compared to the other four.
    The zinc supplement I purchased contains 5mg of zinc and 500mg of vitamin C. My magnesium supplement contains 100g of magnesium and includes oxide, citrate, fumarate, malate, and succinate, but not glycinate. The fish oil I bought provides 351mg of omega-3 triglycerides per serving. It also contains soy bean, which I've heard can increase estrogen levels. Lastly, my vitamin D supplement contains 1000 IU of D3 (as cholecalciferol).
    I'm curious if the supplements I've obtained are good, as the ones you featured in the video seemed to contain roughly two to three times the amount of certain mg

    I tried cycling with elevated seat, did stretching a lot, used inversion table, ate different supplements, did jogging, and many other things and I grew 0 cm. I did all this from 16 to 22 years of age. I guess the only REALL chance to grow taller after puberty is sheen lengthening surgery.

      If you had no success after doing all that consistently for 4 years, you were doing it wrong. Misled by your own research, or perhaps your other daily habits inhibited growth.
      For one, cycling with an elevated seat shouldn't lead to an increase in leg length, and an inversion table yields temporary gains that you'd need to lock in with glucosamine. Not to mention you didn't specify the supplements you took. Jogging requires a certain intensity and duration to elevate hgh levels and won't have enough impact to create microfractures. Just from reading your comment alone, seems like you had most of it backwards.

      I lift every day. I don't do heavy compounds like squat or deadlift anymore, but rather isolations that don't involve the spine.
      Yes, nofap is best. There isn't a direct correlation with HGH release, but it'll skyrocket your strength and test, which has its own benefits for height growth.

      I recommend doing nofap because it temporarily reduces testesterone levels but doing it regularly will make your testesterone levels lower everyday (kind of permanent)
      Also testesterone has an indirect affect on height

    love your content, truth is genetics are unpredictable sometimes the person may end up taller then both parents. I increased my height by using shiydf and doing regular stretching exercises 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me.

      No, they all go to your stomach, get broken down, and absorbed. The only things that matter are time of day, dosages, and the number of times you take them throughout the day

      4.5 grams a day, which should be about 5 of those tri amino pills (although some days I take 2, just to get all my pills down)
      Yes I do banded sleeping, and I'm still figuring out the best way to do it. At the moment, I am not using bands under the arms. Rustam grew 21 cm in 3 yrs, starting at the age of 20. He really found the biggest height gem for everyone that is already done with puberty.

    My knees pop every time, and so do my wrists whenever i do some motion after some time but they continuously crack, i do stech and exercise and i have grown about 4-5 cm after following routine not so in a disciplined way, i would be 18 in few months can you tell me how can i maximize the my growth and just need 5-6 cm more.

    Hi brother, amazing video.. I have a problem that I always wake up at 4 in the night and then go back to sleep, meaning I can't have a continuous sleep of 7 to 8 hours... what should I do? I've already tried eating 3 hours before bed, avoiding screens 30 minutes before bed, getting sunlight, and exercising.. my only problem is sleep. Could taking 500 mcg of Melatonin help?

    Just wanna ask... Vitamin D suppliments should be taken in the morning when our body is absorbing more calcium in sunlight. At night D3 makes it hard to sleep.

      You're absolutely right. I take all my supps at night otherwise I'll forget to take them. Consistency matters more. If you can take your vit D and adaptogens (ex: ashwagandha) in the morning, then by all means go for it.

    hi, my mom is 5'6 and my dads is 5'11, & i'm literally 5'1. my siblings are taller too. during my teenage years, i used to sleep super late and also skip my meals, i was iron deficient, now im 18 and my eating habits are bettter, so is my sleeping.       @@k8win487 tbh brother I only just started yesterday night. But I really think they work. You have to believe in them for them to work. And really believe 100000000%. You also have to be on semen retention and be circulating your sexual energy to keep it from getting stuck in the pelvic floor. I made my own subliminal because I don’t trust the others and I really want my goals outlined clearly. I listen at night for the whole time when I sleep, but I should during the day too. We’ll see how it goes but I know they work and I already have my results. That’s the mindset you need to have. You already have everything. You do not want anything. You are in a state of having and gratefulness, not in a state of not having and craving and lusting over everything you don’t have. Keep reminding yourself what you ARE all throughout the day. I am 190 cm. That is what I tell myself. You can guess this is not my real height but that is how you must think. Hope this helps.

      Hey brother, this is something I've been silently implementing for the past two weeks. I found a great meditative one on YT and downloaded it so I can listen to it at the gym + 8 hrs every night. I genuinely believe the subconscious is always on, and that when you sleep, you can train it to believe anything you want.
      I'm with you here, and I'll hopefully find some science to back this up so i can make a video on it. As for the sexual energy storage, it's an interesting idea I have not looked into. Nevertheless, semen retention is always a good thing.

    I dont understand the point with taking vatimins b4 bed, d3 for example is better absorbed with a meal or fat, but on the other side, eating b4 bed could spike insulin and therefore inhibit hgh production.

      Zinc, magnesium and aminos are recommended before bed-- they help you sleep and the aminos play right into the HGH release. Vitamin D is the only one that may interrupt sleep, and this is only observed in some people, not all.
      Btw vitamins and food aren't the same thing. Vitamins don't contain calories, so they don't trigger any insulin response. Food (esp carbs and sugar) is what you should avoid before bed.

      Sleep and boosting HGH are the two highest ROI activities you can do at your age. They'll promote growth at the growth plates like crazy. Everyone is different, so I can't say how much you'll grow, but over 6'0 shouldn't be an issue, as long as you start now and stay consistent.

      @@Quail101 not useless at all. You genuinely need that much, if not more, for the body to do its thing. Growth is weird, it only really happens when u sleep, so the deeper and longer u can sleep, the more you'll grow during puberty.

      Yessir! Good way to get that stretch in and slowly train your way up those times.
      Just remember that if the bone doesn't have enough time to heal in the right position, this activity won't yield the results you're looking for.

      It's all about absorption / maximizing the usefulness of the vitamin. "Noticeable differences" will vary from person to person, so let's just talk absorption.
      Here's what u need to know:
      1) B and D vitamins should be taken in the morning or with meals, these interfere with sleep if taken late at night
      2) magnesium, zinc and aminos should be taken right before bed, they have better absorption at this time
      3) It's always better to take the vitamin than not. So if it's too much effort to take it in the morning vs night, or split em up, just take them when you normally do. Basic routines > painful precision

      You can still see results, but you'll want to go heavy on the weights, and try not to stand up or put weight on your legs before sleeping.

      The disconnect is good. It means your lower back was heavily compressed, and you're finally giving your body some relief. I can't say how fast you'll grow because everyone is different. It will depend on your diet, the amount and quality of your sleep, your hormonal balances, the specific exercises and duration of exercises you do, etc. So many factors, even genetics, will play a role in how fast you grow. You should try to implement as many tips as you can, and then trust the process. It'll take you far.

      @@Quail101 Spinal decomp trains the spinal discs to maintain fullness. It's extra height if u can stay consistent with it. Not sure exactly what u mean by "disconnect" but I assume there's no pain? If so, you should be perfectly fine. Just be careful with any twisting motions when in that position

      True, but you need to consider if the carbs are simple or complex. Simple ones digest fast, those can probably be eaten 2 hrs b4 bed without adverse effects. Complex carbs take longer to digest because they're composed of longer chains of sugar, and these can affect sleep even if eaten 2 hrs b4 bed. To keep it simple, just don't eat carbs for dinner.

      Yes. I'd avoid heavy squats, and focus on isolations that don't compress the spine. If you still want to, just make sure to stretch and decompress after to offset some of the damage.

      Yes! I grow like 1.5cm in just 2 months at 15, here are the key methods healthy food (mainly meat, reduce sugar intake and lots of jumping, swimming and running exercise. The main key is good sleep though.

      Growth plates “open” or “closed” is a bs theory that literally has no leg to stand on. We grow the most during puberty because of hormone secretion but you can grow at any healthy age

      Most of your IGF-1 comes from the liver in response to high HGH levels. So avoid sugar, and boost HGH naturally (I have a vid for this) in order to maximize both hormones. Good question!

      Low test is a hormonal imbalance, but hormonal imbalances can include other hormones, such as estrogen, cortisol, HGH, etc.
      To fix it, eat foods to boost your test (4 eggs every morning, red meat for dinner), exercise (you need to sweat), and potentially use supplements (ashwagandha, magnesium, vit d3).

      I have a vid for testosterone. But low test isn't the thing you should be worried about. You need low estrogen to keep your growth plates open for as long as possible. The main things you can do atm are optimize sleep, optimize hgh, and workout for higher HGH + testosterone. Try to watch the vids on my channel, they'll guide you in the right direction.

      10 minutes isn't enough. Stretching muscles should take 10-15 min a day, but with bones, you want a small, constant force for hours. That's why I recommend you do it overnight, while u sleep.

      Maybe. HGH is super important, but there are other factors here too. I'd try to avoid eating 2-3 hrs before bed, and if you do fall within that window, then try to only eat fats and proteins.

      Fats can be eaten at any time of the day. They're a good alternative to carbs right before bed. As for sugar, you should avoid it as much as you can. It does boost IGF-1, but at the expense of your health. It's not worth it, brother.

      I would cut down to ~12-15% bf, then lean bulk up. Storing that excess fat will cause your body to produce more estrogen, which closes your growth plates faster. Not to mention the compression force of having higher body weight.

I got my first growth spurt at 13.5 and grew to 5ft 1. Ive always been the shortest in my class. And its not like i havent touched puberty yet. Im pretty far into it.

      Aye I gotchu. Solid genetics from your parents, you should be (5'5 + 6' + 5 in) / 2 = roughly 5'11. Makes sense why your bothers are all 6' (good sign for u btw). At 15 you're still quite young. Try the methods mentioned in this vid, as well as my HGH and pre/post puberty vid. The main things to focus on are diet, exercise and sleep. You have potential, but you need to capitalize on it asap. Best of luck, brother.

I have 3 brothers in which, One is 5'10", Another is 5'8", my younger brother who is 14 is around 5'8" and my older brother is 5'6". I am a bit taller than 5'6" at 16 and have been stretching, drinking milk, exercising and playing sports (Soccer mainly) I also do jumping exercises as well as spine decompressions because that is good for your spine. I want to hit around 5'10". ​

    Bro should i cut down my bf% to 10-12% when im at like 17-18% right now and I would really like to cut down, but I am 16 and ive read from many sources that I shouldn't cut down at this age because it may stunt or slow my growth but I really want to grow tall as well and thats why I still havent cut down.       Visceral fat and excessive body weight is holding you back. Get down to ~12%, then lean bulk up.
      Your sources are right that you can't grow without a high caloric intake, but unless you're eating the right things at the right bf%, you won't grow as fast.

      If you're 14, focus on optimizing sleep and HGH. Banded sleeping is painful and not very safe, so that's why I only recommend it for those out of puberty.

      Do your homework m8. HGH is synthesized and released rhythmically (based on your circadian rhythm). If you don't sleep around the same time each night, you don't get your full dose

From falling a sleep to your circadian rhythm you gain a huge burst of GHG, by missing this burst (sleeping past ur circadian rhythm) you still get the HGH that’s been released, it’s just spread out throughout the night. It’s not like if you miss the huge release of HGH for that night means you don’t get ANY HGH. 👍

      @@harrisonn3257 100%, but you don't get the full amount. Apologies if I misunderstood your point earlier, but the main idea is deep slow wave sleep = huge release of HGH. There are small releases during the day and throughout your sleep, but they aren't comparable to that big spike, and only serve to maintain your baseline, not actively help you grow.
