The problem with bodybuilders that abuse HGH is that they're actively growing stronger muscles. Muscles attached to the bones, due to their tension, they compress the bones from one end to the other. Start small, don't use the arm bands yet. There could be knee complications if you tear something while exercising and then go on to put 100+ lbs of force on your legs. Take it easy

I'm having the same experience such as yourself sir, I'm 20 and I'm also underweight, my height is 5'7" and I weigh at 52kg but I look very skinny, after I got 20 this year I somehow started to feel tired and sleepy a lot even though I slept and sleep early and wake up early for a sprint and jog( I stretch day and night as well) for 3 months straight, but the problem for me is I can't fill the given protein requirement because we are of a poor( not that poor) family so I can't have good food but I do my best to at least complete through beans and peas so all I can guess is it's because I'm completing the required niutrtion value for both growth and we'll being cause I do martial arts.
