Each person is different. I checked after every 30 minutes for up to four hours and it showed started off low, then up, then down, and finally after four hours was too high. 2 hours is not enough time. I always track new foods I eat to see how high after 4 hours because some foods take more time to spike high. So for me, it’s a no because 17 net grams of carbs and 14 grams of sugar in one cup (that over 4 teaspoons of sugar in one cup). Go to the channel “Best Diabetes”; that’s what helped me figure all this out. Hope it helps someone.

      Working out doesn't heal diabetes.
What it does is use up the excess glucose in the blood which has been caused by eating.
