Depende do peixe e do que ele ta comendo, tilapia fresca de represa nao tem cheiro e a textura e incrível além do sabor. Mas se você comprar tilapia congelada, é 8/80 o gosto e o cheiro, a textura sempre vai ser ruim comparado ao fresco

You should try grilling salmon or similar fish that has a lot of fat over charcoal and at the end brushing teriyaki sauce on the meat. Really delicious but Japanese, for some reason, usually grill salmon with salt, which is okay too but IMO not as oishii. Their #1 fish to grill and use teriyaki is buri, which is mature yellowtail. Not sure where you live, but might be be available.

It's my favorite coral reef fish. Beautiful alternating yellow and blue stripes on the body. Btw, all angelfish have that characteristic spine on both sides of their gill covers.
