I had this when i was in New Zealand years ago. i felt i needed to do a search on ..how to make pickled mussels at home, and your video came up first.. I love it and will make this week,, thank you
Hi dear Wild Kai 😄 First of all, thanks for the recipe. Seems to be delicious! Please, if possible, answer me: how long can I keep the jar ‘closed’ inside the fridge before start tasting it, if the glass was sterilized? Greetings from Brazil.
I like your cooking...very nice and real....those perfect cooking videous are so not for me....do you know a recepy with oil maybe? for longer storage? thankyou
My kind of cooking. Straight to the point and no messing about. Best recipe on You Tube.

You don't have to toss out unopened mussels. Use a butter knife to pop them and inspect the mussel first.
Your probably right, but I was always taught to discard them. Seafood poisioning isn't nice. Cheers
Its better if the Kutai a.k.b Pakeha as Mussels are raw not cooked.
