    I had this when i was in New Zealand years ago. i felt i needed to do a search on ..how to make pickled mussels at home, and your video came up first.. I love it and will make this week,, thank you

    I would love to eat this unique pickled mussels with crackers.....mussels itself pairs well with cracker for some odd reasons...

    Please, if possible, answer me: how long can I keep the jar ‘closed’ inside the fridge before start tasting it, if the glass was sterilized?

    You don't have to toss out unopened mussels. Use a butter knife to pop them and inspect the mussel first.

      Your probably right, but I was always taught to discard them. Seafood poisioning isn't nice. Cheers

      Its better if the Kutai a.k.b Pakeha as Mussels are raw not cooked.

      Chinese Okra? I dont believe i have. Ive used traditional Okra in dishes before, i.e. Gumbo & stews. Cheers

      @@wildkai4004 it's mussels mixed with puha or watercress can also use pikopiko.
