New series please. A proper 6 episode, hour long series. Preferably in the vein of the Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter Is On It's Way. It's been too long since a real series of River Cottage has been on'telly.
Not unless they want to work for free or the videos get crammed full of google ads. At least its their own product that supports the videos you are whining about.
I'm not 100% sure, but I am 99% sure that river cottage is not a youtube-based series. They had their own television series in the UK so they don't live off any ad revenue here. Their RUclips channel is pretty much one big ad resource for them, the exact same thing as Jamie Oliver's FoodTube
jumbo_shrimp 15 They still have to make a living somehow regardless of how they do it. Personally the first 30 secs telling us they have a new book means nothing, it's their way of advertising to people not in the UK. SO just enjoy their new recipies!
+Ben Hockings nailed it. If you publish your content anywhere, without an ad supporting the program, it might as well be free. Why is it hard to understand, for so many folks, that any media needs some sort of revenue program to support it or the author is publishing it gratis. Even if its only ads for their own products, it helps them support the creation of new content, or makes it worthwhile to upload to youtube. Be thankful its not tons of google ads popping up every 2 minutes, and is instead the creators giving you quality content and simply asking for your help; not for you to be a whiner with the false sense that the internet entitles you to access quality content on demand for free.

glad your back
Nice, we love these in NZ
Love the idea of using mussel juice for a cold dressing. Maybe add some lemon or apple cider to it.

nice one

ありがとう。😊
That is the only dictionary that I wanna buy !
But be careful while reducing the liquid. Don't burn the juice.
Why apple juice????
Rejuice the juice and you've got it again!
Ok. We get it. You have a book out. Can't you just make videos with quality content instead of plugging something every time?
