If you simply know me from youtube, you might think, this guy got everything figure out, he's younger than me or my age yet he's doing so much better? he's buying everything i want. He seems happy, everyone on youtube today are happy yet i'm sad and feel stuck in life? I made this video when i was depressed and having one of my anxiety attacks. When i'm depressed, i lose all sense of enjoyment toward everything. I was on social media and felt as though everyone was doing better than me, felt as though i was behind. I was comparing myself to other people. I forced myself to make this video in the hope that it will bring me out of my depression faster. I made this video in the hope that you see this among those other videos where everyone is happy yet you're having one of your rougher days.You're not Behind. don't compare yourself to me or anyone else you see online. most people only post the highs of their lives, never their lowest. be content. be grateful, be gentle with yourself my friend.
