I had 34 year old oem, put some of these on my car and rides so nice. Plus, for 260$ totally satisfied with the decision.
So many people hate on Maxpeedingrods they are a decent budget friendly suspension nobody out here saying they are the top of the line best of the best so just stop with the unnecessary negativity.
Grabbed a set for my 7th gen Maxima and ehhhh, im sure for light weight cars they are great!
They are horrible. They don’t dampen worth a sh*#. I bought the 12-way set then went to the more expensive sp1 set, just to be sure they were horrible, and they are.
I was one of those people who received a set with one bag full of oil. It’s the oil that suppose to be inside the shock. It might be a QC issue but they should definitely be replaced if they come like that.
I reached out to maxpeedingrods and they asked me to do a basic test at home with was to flip the shock upside down and see if the rod comes back out. It was super slow and didn’t come back out all the way. I was also able to hear the oil slooshing around when I shook the shock.
Maxpeedingrods sent me a replacement and didn’t give me any issues. I thought that was awesome of them.
Also, I have not seen any other RUclipsr show the same box I received my coilovers in. It’s a blue box with orange and some graphics, every other person I’ve seen has a black box … why is that? Lol

I got maxspeeding rods on my eksedan for 2 years and still works great, I had bc coilovers before and they started leaking and at first felt horrible

would make sense that the coils in the front being more beefy as this is where you might have a bigger/heavier engine than stock

I was looking into these and the blox drag coilovers since my ground control setup does not have enough adjustment to clear my downpipe. Do these adjust enough to get closer to factory ride hight? Thanks!

Hello brother, I've always watched your video specially the crx content.
I have a question, I bought sum coilovers from maxpeedingrods and installed them but my front wheels are pointing different direction like my front left wheel was pointing left like if the steering wheel moved to the left even tho it wasn't and this all happened after installing the coilovers, same happened on the other side, im so confused why this happened the werid part is i got it for them same model as my car, i hope you can help me

Food is better than losing weight in progress…smh! I don’t think I would put the Maxpeedingrods sticker on my window. The reason why maxpeedingrods didn’t package correct coz it’s cheap. Only that brand doesn’t quality check than the expensive coil overs. Other brand is alway check and tight before sending it out.
