To show you how deep no contact goes if you are really doing it, my ex narcs sister died of an overdose a couple of weeks ago. I thought about reaching out. Here's why I didn't, for one, im simply done and two , I thought if that was one of my family members would my ex narc have reached out ? Absolutely not. Not to mention , when they discard you , a lot of them probably have in the back of their mind you might commit suicde. They think you can't live without them. So in other words , if I died she definetely would not give a sht and be smiling on the inside. Oh but when you move on and truly go no contact, they absolutely can not deal with it. They may never admit it that's its killing them but it is. Lastly, I do think the word narcissist is used a lot, however, my ex truly was a narcissist. I dealt with narcissist abuse . She was diagnosed personality disorder and was in a mental hospital a couple of times. I'm embarrassed to say how long i was with her but it's complicated. Anyways. Thanks for reading.
You did the right think - stay absolutely no contact! These relationships don’t end well ( on good terms ). So why reach out - nope nope. & you’re right if it was your family member they wouldn’t reach out to you - they can’t relate on that level. Yep he thought you’d be running behind him calling about the child .. now what’s happening is since you didn’t run behind him now he doesn’t want to see the child. This is done to hurt you . I’m sure at first it probably did . Guarantee you he will be back .. with soft Hoover “ hey how y’all doing “, can I see my son”. His conscience will have him reaching out - they are human too.

That makes so much sense for so many years! Yes, Glory Be to GOD, I give thanks to being AWAKEN, to the narc. This narc has now put my social security and personal information on the dark web, he is trying his best to ruin me. But God. I'm still being blessed, protective order in place, this too shall pass. God had given me peace regarding this matter, and I know God's timing is perfect,and he will repair 10 fold.

I’m about to pick up my dream car in about 2 weeks and will be getting cameras for my house, I don’t trust the narc after the awful discard I experienced. I pulled the final discard and have been hoovered a few times. The narc can’t stand when good things happen to us good people and the narc has known I’ve always wanted this car for years…and it’s in the exact specification I’ve wanted too! My ex narc discarded me in summer of 2023…. It’s been a long road to recovery. These videos of knowledge was my closure! I stopped calling and texting 3 days after the discard. I went completely silent and deleted all my social media. . . I’m sure he probably think he won because I did that. But he’s BLOCKED on everything. I’ve been silent every since. But I’m about to pop back out this spring because I enjoyed making content and I miss it. I hope that idiot never Hoovers or speaks my name to anyone. I’m lowkey embarrassed I was associated with that fool. I remembering calling his mother during the devaluation stage and her exact words were “girl I wouldn’t be worried about that if I was you”. That went over my head but it all makes sense now!!!

My narc ex control was based on me still being asleep and in my ‘people pleasing’ energy. It was that same energy that stopped me from getting rid of him a long time ago when l was meant to. What does it mean when he contacts his child even though he hasn’t had contact with her since she was 5. She’s now nearly 14.
Social services stopped him seeing her. He tried to play the good guy, told her I stopped him seeing her etc I’m a terrible mum. It was all about me being bad nothing about him. He wants contact with my child but not me lol. He’s now planning on waiting until she’s 16 which is classed as an adult in the uk. I’m terrified that when my daughter says she doesn’t want contact that he will come to my home and do something terrible. The police don’t do anything I’ve had 15 years of abuse since the relationship ended.
He beat me, did drugs, smashed my home up, self harmed the list is endless. Could you please do a video and maybe explain what he’s trying to do through my daughter so I can better understand and know what my next moves are. It’s only 2 years until my daughter will be 16 and I need to have a plan in place for us to ensure we are safe if he attempts to come to my home
