So easy and delicious! I make homemade ice cream all the time and try not to use recipes that call for egg yolks only because it really is not needed. This was so good. Your videos are clear and to the point. Love watching. 🍌😋

I make small portions of cottage cheese ice cream so as to play with flavors, and add-ins. I am currently enjoying almond joy ice cream. Loving this!

I just found your channel and have been sharing it with so many friends. Incredible recipe-excited to try!
Do you notice an icy texture at all when you make this? If so, can it be fixed with a little thawing?

    • @gentletummy

Hello Klondaik, welcome to my channel, and thank you so much for sharing it! Yes, the ice cream will be on the icey side when you take it out of the freezer. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes to thaw a little and then it will be perfect and creamy :)
