  • For today's episode of incorporating mobility in our routine, we are using foam roller.
    Foam roller is a equipment that aids in self myofascial release. Hencing today we will combine fascia lengthening and muscle strengthening in our workout.
    Warm up by walking briskly for 10-20 minutes.
