The indie scene is really dropping the ball rn
At least we got paint the town red and clone drone in the danger zone
@@aydentolive71used to really like clone drone in the danger zone, it’s cool to hear it getting a vr port
Do you even Sideload bro lol
@@aydentolive71are they making a clone drone in the danger zone vr port?
They're not creative. Or just way too goofy to take seriously at all. I find it hilarious everyone is having such a hard time making games for VR as it should be a lot easier creative wise 😅.
I'm looking forward to Arcade Paradise VR. I played through the original already, but I have a feeling that this style of game will actually work better in VR than flatscreen.
Arcade Paradice took up a good month of my life. It's such a fun game! Slow to start, but it was really fun
I wouldn't mind playing a remake of King's Quest 2 in VR. That would be pretty cool. Will probably never see such a thing.
Some kings quest style gaming would be great! Not enough murder and death probably…
I am with you on the kings quest, or space quest games. I love all of them.
The cat one looks adorable
Gunman Contractors using the Half Life Alyx engine is probably the best we can hope for. Plus Praydog's VR Injector. And maybe, just maybe, Low-Fi
BRO IVE BEEN WAITING FOR CLONE DRONE FOR SO LONG LES GOO
Zero Caliber is still one of the best games for me in VR: a big Campaign, everything playable in Co-op, Horde/Zombie-Mode and a decent Multiplayer. Everything in one package, so I'm very thrilled for Zero Caliber 2. I'm a big Co-op Player and Time Crisis Fan, so Undercover is another title I'm very interested in.
Looking forward to "Hunt Together" to play with my sis on the east coast! Also for me alone "The Pirate Queen" Hope it's fun 😊
That's the ONLY game that looked even remotely interesting.
Thanks for the blurb, we're excited to see everyone's heart rates spike!
Woah, I was hoping for arcade paradise to get a VR port. That’s incredible.
After playing assassins creed vr on the quest 2 128g version and being blown away gameplay, graphics best game of 2023 and how much it suits vr play, would love to see rockstar games finally release summit in vr(gta, doom, skyrim)or a Metal gear solid vr in the near future 👌 2024 wish I had more memory on my quest 2 to fit all on,with that many cool games you need 254g memory
I love the "Lack Luster " response to any game coming out AFTER Asgard's Wrath II! AWII is the latest "Shiney"
Which of those games were looking anything other than "mediocre AF" to you specifically?
These were all copy and paste mini games with Quest 2 graphics. Nothing groundbreaking here.
Some looked interesting but most of them have very little info. Stride devs is an L every time they copy paste all their games off of stride while they let it die
Yeah, the more I look at the games that are actually available (or coming soon) for Quest, the more I think I'm not missing much. The graphics all tend to look the same i.e. bad, and I don't really see much that even interests me. The immersive aspect of VR is super cool when first trying it, but once that novelty wears off, I feel like there's not a lot of substance there. From what I gather, there's only a few really amazing games. Not worth spending tons of money, IMO.
@@TheExtraTerrestrial well yeah, vr has been in a content drought for a while
Hunt together looks very potential to have much fun in multiplayer
The only one that peaked my interest was the space planet one as we need some more decent simulation games I’d like to see a truck or train sim something like that soon.
Nope looks sick
I think Hunt Together is the only one that looks interesting in this list. But great games can’t come out year round. We’re bound to have slower times. By the middle of next year we’ll get more interesting titles.
I LOVED playing House of the dead on the Dreamcast with the guns!
Defy looks very cool (and terrifying)!
I love arcade paradise but I'm not sure if I want to buy the game again
That's a rather large bag of nothing burgers. 😑
Half those looked like early Quest 1 games, the other half looked like generic Quest 2 games.
I didn't see a single thing that said "Now THAT is why I spent the money to get a Quest 3!".
Thank god for Asgards Wrath II and Assassins Creed. (and psvr2!)
How many likes to get BMF to play Defy on a livestrean 😅
Hmm… not very excited about any of those except maybe Grim. Co-op space survival I can get behind.
Like BMF, I’m similarly very tired of mediocre fast paced shooters and horror hellscapes. I didn’t get into VR to descend to the depths of the underworld and fight more undead. I prefer beautiful and engaging experiences, mentally and/or physically. I’m pretty open to different types of experiences and enjoy trying new things, but soooo many games are just about killing things, trying to terrify you or doing something mundane in virtual. Where are the epic fantasy worlds?? Galaxies Edge was great, Moss and Alice in Wonderland were beautiful and fun but tiny, the Room and eye of the temple are great examples of puzzlers, Thrill of the fight and Supernatural boxing are great, lightsaber dojo and pistol whip are fun active challenges, mini golf, elven assassin and contractors are fun with friends, gods of gravity is a fun strategy challenge, I still tend my garden in Fuji for relaxing and love its creativity, walking dead and song in the smoke are complex and interesting survival games, Gun Club is great if I really want to shoot stuff…
I could go on about games I do enjoy, but there is still a big itch that’s not well scratched. Beautiful worlds to immerse ourselves in, interact with and explore that aren’t based largely on annihilation and death… Township tale maybe? Wizards 2 sounds cool, but still looks like lots of focus on killing, though at least with a unique method of doing so… Asgard’s just dropped, so that’ll be interesting to check out, but still mostly battles and killing focused. There’s so much possible with VR, but besides a few notable exceptions the industry seems stuck in a few big boring, bloody tropes. Kinda like Hollywood… weird. I know I’m not the only one and hope there’s devs out there willing to take risks on out of the box ideas. I’ll be here for it. Despite all this griping, I’m very much enjoying my Q3 and all the things there are to do and explore. Just had to voice it. Thanks BMF for keeping us informed about what’s coming down the pipe.
9:08 hello the bike riding is unique
Les Mills is the owner's name e.g. Leslie Mills. It's not french but new Zealand :)
I think the majority of your commentary about these upcoming games were negative. I watch these videos to see what's coming not necessarily to hear snap judgments about how bad these game "might" be or how repetitive you think they are. Like any other previews, I'd reserve those judgements until you've had a chance to play the games or gather intel from other reveiwers who have.
A lot of those games look really bad. I was hoping more devs would take advantage of the Quest 3 hardware to deliver nicer looking games. The cat one seems cute, but very simple.
Your ‘mood’ in this video seemed unimpressed, almost a bit frustrated for a lot of these games 🤔
Combat waffle studio is the only studio to actually want better, more immersive games on the quest. The rest are either all the same or something completely not worth checking out. Honestly the games that were announced were very mediocre imo.
Thanks BMF! [:]~))
Hope your doing OK dude
AK assault rifle in another planet.
Isn't grim vr supposed to be rust vr??
Its a shame they dont make a game like mortal kombat or tekken on vr as first person view that would be a very good game to make bet would sell more than any game ever made so far.
Ok watching these games for now Quest 3 power is useless.
one hope left to play normal games in vr. and it is vr mods
So basically absolutely nothing to look forward to...
Pretty much.
Silent slayer vault of the vampire looks promising.
Man they look bad 😂 we need more aaa games
Silent slayer vault of the vampire looks promising.
Only 2 games sound interesting. Everything else sounds like.... we did this already. Also, it is clear they at enot taking advantage of Quest 3 GPU. Those visuals look like Quest 2 fidelity.
Did they cancel GTA: San Andreas? I have not heard anything about it lately so it seems like they did cancel it. I'm looking forward to the zombie game. I won't play the one that is about our fears cause if it's heights then that is a nope.
PSVR2 just dropped Resident Evil 4 remake VR….anything meta has is not going to even compare 😆
Yet…
You quoted Isaiah 26:12, and yet about 10 of the games you mentioned are shooter games. 😂
It's a game, bro. 💩 Guys dope. Also, I think u mean games, not videos.
It was an observation 💩 bro. Also, nobody likes a pedant. Look it up.
@@googleuser3553 wasn't tryna be hostile. It was a joke, dude. I'm not pedantic either. I really couldn't care less.
Not playing a game because it’s going to be scary is the most ridiculous thing I think I ever heard. Only looking forward to Defy here
If that's the most ridiculous thing you've ever heard then you haven't heard much. Geez, there are tons of people who don't enjoy horror. In fact, horror is a niche market.
All I'll say is I'm glad PCVR exists. 😐
I just ordered my Quest 3 and haven't even received it yet. So I looked at this list with anticipation and saw absolutely NOTHING that was even remotely interesting to me. That worries me. I am an RPG player, single player and I'm also into the experiences. Where are the RPGs???
I ordered one just the other day also. Never tried VR yet. Silent slayer vault of the vampire looks promising.
So i guess no one is paying attention to the fact that and x-holenon the cat was in no way necessary. Lol let's see if we can put a visible anus on a cat in a video game and get away with it. 😂😂😂like what?!
Love the round-up of new releases. There's a bunch of Steam demos from the upload VR showcase. If you could make a video testing all of those for a few minutes that would be great.
I don't know if the rogue bible verses are intentional but they are kinda distracting from the video.
I got the most elite standalone headset in the world, quest 3, MR AR passthrough , this that, where the open world games at. Where's my safe house garage, Free roam , VR is getting soft IMO, and it's really upsetting me, Scott and combat waffle keeping quest alive period / GRIM / GHOSTS OF TABOR
MR is actually more interesting to me than VR. However, the quality of the Quest 3's passthrough is so poor, it probably won't get much love.
First
Getting real tired of the lazy fighting mechanics/physics. It's an instant turn off, maybe blade and sorcery ruined everything else for me because now I have higher standards but come on. Why are we so behind in VR? It's like we've hit a plateau even though the technology continues to get better.
they all look terrible! nice coverage though
All the games look terrible, quest 3 deserves much better quality games,
None of these games look fun or even cool at all but you kept saying otherwise 😅 hilarious. Zero Caliber sucked it was the worst of the FPS on Quest. Hopefully they leanred their first game was trash and just copied someone elses platform. Its not even that hard to do, and their creativity sucks. Go play the first game. It is trash. You'll definitely feel like you wasted money. Because you would have.
