What was your first WOW moment in VR?
Kitchen trailer for RE:7 on PSVR demo disk.
Falling off one of the mountains in horizon cotm
The first time in HL: Alyx
Everything tbh. Started with Quest 3 last year. Atm the best one are 3D movies in bigscreen and sim racing 😊
Google Earth on an HTC Vive was incredible!
PRO ERA! It was so incredible to be an NFL player (QB) and come out of a tunnel and then be in a true NFL stadium.....INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!
Thanks. Very helpful
Happy to help! Thanks for watching!
Thanks for including us!
My pleasure! Great work on Liminal!
Not mentioned yet -
On Quest:
conscious existence;
AmazeVR
Figmin XR (a bit fiddly to be able to import models but worth it)
DeoVR (some of the videos there are impressive. Others not so much - search by most liked I guess)
On PC (through Virtual Desktop etc - turn up the resolution in streaming tab if you can):
Get Lost in Nature With Luke (more impressive than Brink Traveler)
The Great C
Gloomy Eyes
Paper Birds
Google Spotlight Stories
Museum of Other Realities
Art Plunge
Thanks for adding these! For this list I stuck to free stuff, but I'll definitely be including others in the upcoming paid list!
Really awesome
Much appreciated! 😁
One I have not played around with enough is Space Engine though I believe it's more of a PCVR experience.
As noted on Steam: The world's first science-based photorealistic interactive 3D planetarium that models the entire Universe, using procedural generation for uncharted areas.
I find it great for the times I want a mind blowing experience exploring near and deep space.
Sounds so cool! I'll check it out!
I'm getting my quest 3 in a few days. I primarily bought it for games, but i'm excited to try these apps!
Nice! You're gonna love it!
Yessir dont buy if u dont have 250 extra to spend On games an apps On the Quest 3 i live in norway and i bought the Quest 3 for 700usd and im 17 and didnt know that all apps and games that Are free Are usually shit Truly dissapointimg fakk i havnet slept
@@sebastianl0r Yes, buying stuff can quickly add up! Thankfully everything on this list is FREE! I also have another list of FREE games as well! You can also get 25% off almost anything priced over $10 on the Quest store by finding a discount referral code on Discord or other resources!
My buddy was in awe at some pf the stuff in Google Earth VR.
Wooooorrrlllld is the closest to that on standalone quest. But if you have PCVR Google Earth is incredible.
@GameListPlus wooorld is awful, uses bing maps and that shows my house as an old victorian factory, it's useless
Ir light need to have that! Vr wave for prescription lenses yeah+
Not sure what you mean! But Zyber VR does have prescription lenses! Make sure to use my discount code: GAMELISTPLUS for 15% off!
I like very much an experiece called "The Key"
I tried that one. It was really cool!
Mission ISS gave me the WORST motion sickness ever. i had to go lie down after and try not to puke. :)
Ohh noooooo, I've been there. I'm making a video soon addressing VR sickness. Keep your eyes peeled!
I heard the coaster game is bad with that as well
Yes claustrophobia makes it really bad, that's why FPS are so unbearable especially when there's narrow walls and ceilings. Try chewing on ginger root and camomile, helps some people.
Where to find any of this on quest 3? Are all these applications in the store?
It's all linked in the description below!
Anne Frank blew me away on the Quest 2. I tried on 3, and it does look sharper
Pretty great right? Thanks for watching!
Dont you need a separate computer for Bigscreen?
Bigscreen beta the app doesn't need a computer on Quest. Bigscreen the VR headset needs a computer!
Figmin XR also incorporates Tilt Brush while adding a bunch of other ways to add objects into the space around you. I am not in any way connected with the product other than I purchased it back when I got my Quest Pro and was very impressed. I need to fire it up again and re-learn it.
Yeah it's pretty amazing! I actually talk about it in the brand new video I put out today covering my top Mixed reality games! Thanks for watching!
What/where is app lab?
Links are in the description!
For some reason reason, Forest VR keeps glitching when I turn it on? Anyone else experiencing this?
That's strange! I am not having that problem! Hopefully somebody can help you out!
I wish Meta would improve the resolution. I just doesn't cut it.
I hear ya, have you tried playing any PC VR on Quest 3? It looks amazing!
Reality Viewer is very good.
I'll have to check it out!
Lol i saw this exact list plus some on another youtuber page 3 months ago
Maybe it was THIS list? I had to re-upload this. I originally released it in early March!
@@GameListPlus so that's why it all sounded so familiar!
!
Yeah I had to re-cut some footage to keep it online due to an individual's copywrite claim! I adjusted and added a couple things then republished it! I have new lists coming soon!
It's free or must buy again ?
All these experiences are free!
@@GameListPlus thank you
but not the immersed app like the thumbnail?
I created the thumbnail! I had no idea there was an app called "Immersed" until after I released the video and a friend sent it to me. Apparently it's a good app too!
@@GameListPlus haha you’re forgiven then
Reupload?
Yes! I had to remove a single clip and replace it sadly. Bummed that all the previous comments and numbers had to go with it. But I was able to tweak a couple things. Lots of good stuff on the horizon!
@@GameListPlus kinda funny that this was the video I suibscribed for and now I see it again :D hope to see more quest stuff :) keep it up
The Hiding Place is actually about Corrie Ten Boom and not Anne Frank 😉
I was corrected on that. My memory served me wrong. Lol thanks for that correction!
8k VR-web girls! WOW!
🫣
One small step ( maybe more than one) from the real thing, a GIANT LEAP from a Sears Catalogue…
Meta doesn't play 8K. Not even close. More like 2K.
@@bobbyDig Get back to your hole....
@@bobbyDig Of course it's not 8k, but the higher definition advertised will will still look better than lower resolution stuff like 2k. We still Look for 8k, not 2k, for better results, even though we know it's not not the same as viewed on a 8k tv.
More, Pixels Per Degrees is where it's at...60 PPD is about the best our eyes can see, the Quest 3 is 25 PPD; still very low atm.
Why do the avatars look like stupid cartoon characters? I mean is that really the best that all this technology can do?
I think they went to Nintendo Wii (Mii) route with it. It would be great to if we can get the option to have cooler, more life like avatars in the future.
Wooorld is very cumbersome to use. The navigation is a pain in the butt and ruins the experience. It's not relaxing at all. These Google earth ripoff need to sit down and rethink navigation. It is NOT enjoyable. You end up fidgeting with menus and moving around until you get frustrated and close the app.
The street views that materialize are all 2D and no different than seeing it on your phone.
There's nothing here worth your time.
Big screen is not immersive because you can’t feel what see and when you get hungry you can’t reach for the popcorn. Eating popcorn in reality while watching big screen gets you out of the vr experience
Haha, don't get your Quest all buttery!
Ok Karen 😂
You basically just said VR isn’t immersive
Y’all are laughing because yall obviously don’t have one… this guy is stating something legit. Even when I move my arm the VR arm jumps around… it’s very distracting.
@@kylemathew205Wow super distracting 😐
Garbage list
Well thanks for watching anyway.
Garbage comment
I have the BOBOVR Super strap on my main Quest 3 and find it impossible to lie down with it comfortably. The second I’d keep the standard strap on for watching TV and live sports etc whilst lying down.
I have the Bobo VR as well as the elite strap from Zyber... I honestly haven't tried laying down with either, but I think the Zyber might be better for that since its a full halo and the battery in the headrest, not on the outside.
I've seen people move the back strap to the top of their head and it hold decently. Idk if that would work for you or not but it's an option instead of taking it off .
I have an elite strap somewhere. It just might work with a bit of adjustment! Thanks for the advice guys 👍
