I found your channel a little after you took your break and I found it a little strange that there were no new videos, and glad you are back.
I have used a few cocktail ChatGPT plugins and CocktailGPT is probably the best I have used to far. The AI drawings are awesome.
I used it to make a few mocktails. It's a Sunday and I was doing some work from home and it's bloody hot here ATM and it made a few nice ones for me.
A slower cadence of content that excites you sounds amazing.
I saw a drink called Prancing Mounties on a show called Fugget About It. I thought if anyone could bring it to life, it would be you.

I'm always skeptical of combining chocolate and egg nog, but I'm glad that the recipe worked out! Your videos and GIFs guided me through getting started with making cocktails at home. You're doing a great job, and don't feel pressured to upload for the sake of it! I subscribed because it was clear that you enjoyed making cocktails and shared that in video form, rather than the need to make content.

Glad to see you are back and are doing well. You are one of my favorite cocktail RUclipsrs. Hope that you avoid anything AI in the future, though. AI makes things a lot less fun and not interesting at all.
Thanks for sharing the recipe. I tried it out and decided to make some additions the second time around. Including 1oz of coffee liqueur (Mr Black) and a bit of extra nutmeg before shaking added a lot of extra flavor that still kept the balance between espresso martini and eggnog. I recommend trying this to anyone interested in remaking the recipe!

Trying to compare the image it generated to the real thing betrays such a fundamental misunderstanding about the entire mechanism by which this whole generative AI field works that I'm convinced the fact coctailGPT even works is thanks to the robust tools provided by the OpenAI team, and from there just copious amounts of luck.

Ngl, lost me with this one. Truly wonderful cocktails are extensions of the people who made them and the time from which they stem, classic or modern. Taking that out of the equation strips the artistry from the final product, and it feels dishonest. Not to mention art generators like that are constructed from hundreds of stolen works from artists on the internet who have no means to protect their intellectual property. Glad to see you’re back and you’re proud of your creation, it clearly took a lot of work, but I can’t help but feel this is a misstep. Best of luck to you, and congrats on the family.
Tried the cocktail. Alas, Captain Morgan Dark is the only dark rum I had. Bleh. Ruined everything. Should have substituted with Bayleys at least. But it would definitely be very good with a good rum! I wish this model could be used in locally hosted engines like Ollama.

I don't want to bring negativity, but that thumbnail... Just look at the 'whisk' for pete's sake. Building a tool using the power of generative chatbots to help people figure out what sorts of cocktails they can make with he ingredients they have on band is fantastic! But you could have left AI 'art' out of it.
This is going to be a revolutionary tool for teaching people how to bartend at home. Though that said. The hot cocoa martini was improved and understandable because you demonstrated it, a human element. Theres just so much missing from your average joe attempting to make a cocktail if theyre told only text instructions

Such a shame to see the channel that kick-started my cocktail hobby fall to the LLM craze. I was so excited to see you pop back up in my feed, and instead I'm unsubscribing. Oh well, time to move to other channels who actually still do original things.
