@@dringl588you should have one or two days a week where you don’t work out! :) your muscles will relax during this time and it will actually help you to get fit faster! just make sure that you are still at least a little active during those 1-2 days ❣️

2024 Weight Loss Challenge weight: 70.2kg waist : 86 cm Left Arm : 34 cm hips : 103 cm thighs : 64 cm Right Arm : 36 cm Day 1 ✅ knees were shaking at the end of 1st workout but I feel fine after cooldown Day 2 ✅ i thought i wouldn't be able to complete today's schedule cuz my thighs were aching all day but it gradually stopped aching while doing the workout Day 3 ✅ My thighs were killing me all day long, it was much worse than yesterday so I thought I would skip today's workout but I did it anyway! Surprisingly I feel much better while doing the workout. It was definitely hard during warm up but it felt easier as I do the first workout. I took a 30 min break before the 2nd workout but I regret it cuz it felt harder again after my muscles cooled down lol Note: I definitely feel myself getting stronger as my knees does not shake anymore during the workout. I found lunges hard to balance but I'm getting a tiny bit better at it. Squats also doesn't feel as taxing anymore. Additionally, I will do Toned Arms Workout | 15 min Upper Body Burn at the end of the workout starting on day 3 since my arms doesn't feel as sore from the scheduled workouts. Day 4 ✅ I feel tiny bit less sore than yesterday and as usual, my body feels lighter while doing the workout! I did the 1st workout better than I did last time too..! Day 5 ✅ I woke up feeling way less sore today. I'm definitely feeling stronger! I did the first workout way better than last time. My arms honestly felt sore during the warm up, so I'm glad today is leg day! Ah, my legs were shaking during the 2nd's workout Leg Circles though... Day 6 ✅ Rest Day. My muscle ache are mostly gone by the time I woke up this morning~ Day 7 ✅ Rest Day. I don't really feel any sore anywhere but my whole legs would get cramped up for a few seconds if I lay down and straighten my knee too much..! How weird haha. Day 8 ✅ Finally the start of week 2! My body was itching for a workout after that 2 day rest~ To be honest? Today's first workout is by far the most tiring one omg... I was literally out of breath the whole time ;;; But surprisingly, I was doing quite well!! I can't believe how much better I got :0 My lunges are way more stable now, and I can even squat lower than before! I thought I would get weaker after that long rest ;; Note: I changed my additional arm workout routine to Chloe's 10 Mins Toned Arms Workout | No Equipment. I couldn't feel enough burn with the previous one. This one feels way more challenging! Day 9 ✅ It was kinda hard but not really! At least not as hard as yesterday's lol It burns your arms but I feel myself getting stronger 💪💪 Additionally did 30 mins of Aerobic Workout Day 10 ✅ I am sweating BUCKETS today holy moly- like i was literally dripping sweat all the way through and out of breath...and I still find it hard to balance Lunge High-knee. I did my arm workouts well today! took no breaks for that. 💪💪 Day 11 ✅ That second workout was really hard. Yeah idk what else to say...just hard. But I did it *phew* Day 12 ✅ Rest Day Day 13 ✅ Rest Day Day 14 ✅ I somehow feel really tired and sweaty todayyy......... aughhh Day 15 ✅ Finally on week 3! I took 1 day break cuz I felt unusually tired. Hence, today I'm brimming with power 💪💪 the workout was hard though. But I still had energy to do 30-min full aerobic workout with no breaks despite today's schedule having 3 workouts instead of 2. 💚 Update: yall i'll be taking a week break cuz i sprained my ankle while trying to pick a fruit smh this is so silly 😂 Day 16 ✅ I AM BACK!! Phew I am sweating all over!! I'm much better now but not fully recovered though. Today I feel like I'm doing the exercises in a more proper form. Probably cuz I try not to mess up the moves in case I sprain my ankle again lol I thought I would be weaker since I didn't work out for a week but I actually don't feel that tired~ Day 17 ✅ I love abs workouts! I can really feel the burn. Well tbh probably cuz lying down feels great!! 😂😂 Today's workout wasn't as tiring. I can do side planks way better now 🔥💪 Time for additional 30 min aerobic workout! Day 18 ✅ Oh my god I'm sweatyyy AF! That was pretty hard nglll I even mostly did low impact versions. Well mainly cuz I got no more energy for em + my ankle situation + not wearing shoes 😂😂 Day 19 ✅ Rest day Day 20 ✅ Rest day I've been a bit busy and forgot to update so i'll just say the result. I only lost about 1kg, not much but it's probably cuz I still ate a lot like usual. My waist did get smaller, about 5cm. Also, a bit if abs forming right below chest area. Don't see any difference with my arms, but that's okay cuz it's the hardest part of my body to slim down. It's a fact that I definitely got stronger after doing this workout and I live my life healthier! You can also do it!
The fact that you lost 5cm on your waist while only losing 1kg means you're dropping fat but gaining muscle mass. This is the most healthy way to lose weight, so keep on going.
Day 9 for me! I thought it's gonna be a chill workout with this, but oh boy I added weight while doing all the arm exercises and almost lost my arms🙃but I felt good after! I finished the 2 weeks shred challenge and lost ~1.5kg :) continuing with other chloe's program to lose more!! (planning to alternate intense challenge-shorter period & mild challenge-longer period heh) thank you chloe for having these programs for free! Everyone let's do this!!
@@mirrorofer1sed I didn't actively change my diet but I am more aware and try to control my portions. But I notice if I had less healthy food, it's taking a lot more time to burn~

Tip : If you want to feel the burn more, try keeping your shoulders down as if you are maintaining good posture : this will force your arms to work harder and you can feel the pain more 😁👍

Just a reminder to all of my girlies trying to get into the shape,that everyone's body is different some might lose 5 kgs of weight by this challenge and some might be losing only 1 but that doesn't mean you'll stop working out,hey stay there cuz your weight loss journey might be slow but it'll not be useless. Trust me btw i am 79 kg and want to be 63.
Day 17! Im so much stronger then i started by far. Tho the program still kicks my ass sometimes, but tbh im kicking the programs ass half the time now. I finally did side planks without falling or needing to stop! I also have lost some soightly noticable weight which is nice! Keep going guys! Its worth it and you'll lose weight if your consistant and keep at it!

day 9...less goo, this is the best workout program i've ever done...it is the perfect balance of difficult and pushing through our inner stamina...i loved this...today i saw my scale on 75 for the first time..i lost 2 kgs ever since i started...in week 1 i did not do any diet but in 2nd week i am doing it and guys workout only works when you will keep track of what u r eating...you can do it! and thanks chloe i am grateful to ur videos

I hurt my wrist years ago and still have difficulties to do long workouts in a high plank position, what helps me is to close my fists instead of open hand on the floor. I alternate both and it helps a lot with the pain!
@@micampbellart I've tried that but it kinda hurts me to do it on the knuckles as well :( there are alternatives but I'm always trying to find new ones that works with my body
Day 9✅ I thought it was gonna be much easier but my arms feel like they are gonna fall out of my body! Day 11✅ My arms are on fire and I think I'm beginning to learn how to engage my core, but its hard for me to do it Day 16 ✅I took a big break now my stamina is awful again, that was a big mistake!

Let's start this and do it for 1 month and see how it works out. 12-03-24 I've measured my arms and they are 13cm and ill keep u updated by the end of the month Day -1 Completed little painfull but lets hope for the best. Day -2 Took 2 days break in b/w and started again Day -3 Could'nt able to do in b/w 2 exercises and replaced them with plank but completed..

The last arm circles really got to me, the timing of upper body exercises was not the best. I was literally just finished with making a ton of paper flowers, so my neck and shoulders were aching!! Carried through with the workout though, and i'm feeling very fulfilled 😂

Previously there was an arm workout video. I find the previous one more suitable for me since all the exercises are standing ones. Also, I could do that workout from start to end with some effort. I haven't worked out for 2 months and could hardly complete the warmup video.
i have zero strength on my arms so these are the hardest for me😵. i did like idk 60%? of the workout today.. i will do some other exercises and slowly i will work my way up to doing this one fully. let's work out everyday🥳
Day 11, but I skipped three days in between these days, due to college and other things. I hope that won't hold me back too much and two extra rest days also there T^T

I hurt my wrist years ago and still have difficulties to do long workouts in a high plank position, what helps me is to close my fists instead of open hand on the floor. I alternate both and it helps a lot with the pain!
@@micampbellart I've tried that but it kinda hurts me to do it on the knuckles as well :( there are alternatives but I'm always trying to find new ones that works with my body
Her 10 minute standing toned arm workout from 4 years ago is great for that - I've used it weekly for 4 years- very happy with it

The last arm circles really got to me, the timing of upper body exercises was not the best. I was literally just finished with making a ton of paper flowers, so my neck and shoulders were aching!! Carried through with the workout though, and i'm feeling very fulfilled 😂

Previously there was an arm workout video. I find the previous one more suitable for me since all the exercises are standing ones.
Also, I could do that workout from start to end with some effort. I haven't worked out for 2 months and could hardly complete the warmup video.

i have zero strength on my arms so these are the hardest for me😵. i did like idk 60%? of the workout today.. i will do some other exercises and slowly i will work my way up to doing this one fully. let's work out everyday🥳
I used light Dumbbells today, they made the workout 10X Hard. But the results were satisfactory.

You should make some workouts for people who have had surgery! (I have had an ankle surgery and I can’t jump or do many exercises that involve balance)
