    Having dessert or sugary meal frequently on an empty stomach can spike your blood sugar levels and even increase your weight.
    Here are some replacements for dessert or sugar options:
    For normal ice cream, you can have sugar free ice-creams which has stevia as a replacement for sugar,
    For normal chocolate, you can have dark chocoloate with high cocoa content,
    For Sugar, you can have jaggery or palm jaggery.
    You can even try proteins bars which has dates as a base for sweetness which are easily available online these days, do check its ingredients before buying and make sure there is no sugar or honey.
