Today I'm sharing with you what I eat and how I approach nutrition in my off season!

Just a quick tip. When cutting/dicing your steak it's worth cutting across the grain as it makes for a more tender bite. Not that filet isn't tender however you cut it. Great recipes, super videos, as ever.

Quality educational content as always! When you make your oats do you get a bitty powdery texture from the protein powder? My oats don’t seem to be smooth when adding protein

What about supps besides protein powder? Multi v, fish oil, creatine, etc.? Also looks like you lack of veggies and fruits to aid digestion, don’t you?
Interesting after that salmon meal I’ll be sleepy 😴 I’m jealous how this guys process fats well …. If I mix carbs and to much fat = I get fat lol 😂 if I give up carbs strength not the same lol

I can understand that at some point salt intake may have to be regulated but why does your food have to be “bland” do you count spices and herbs as calories too?
it doesnt have to be, they just take it too far for no reason imo..

Question about the APP- in the bulking meal plan, is it set up as a default to your bulking diet just for my macros ?
