how many total calories? i put into cronometer and it tells otherwise. is that why tracking calories is so troublesome?, your total was 3980 calories. putting into an app gave 3350 calories instead....

idea: workout order routine in the week (with tips if possible), like, monday=> legs tuesday=> chest wednesday=>arms (biceps/triceps) this kind of thing. and if possible some tips like: "don't do arms after back, because of some reason" (I know nothing about gym) we know the exercises can change between different periods. but just for us completely amateurs getting some tips, from you, is like heaven, like a personal trainer at our home.
