    This full day of eating he is around 3,400kcal(btw this is off season), at previous video he said that he start his prep around 4,500kcal😃

    Maybe a Dumb question but. You went from meal 2 and meal 3 but had a shake in between wouldnt that one be considered a meal also?? Did you included the Macros from it??
    Nice easy and tasty meals i have to say , what is the total Macros for the day??? and Kcals ?

    Test boosters and bcaa's (why Ryan lol) was just about to off on a rant about supplements but Ryan pulled it back preaching whole food first and EAAs being preferable. Huge fan of Ryan and the developments he's made in his physique over the last number of years👌
