Ryan - i know you won’t be doing this again, but had I known you were gonna do this ahead of time, here would have been my number 1 tip to hit 10K - milkshakes! Chick-fil-A Milkshakes are the best. The large Cookies and Cream flavored shake contains 660 calories and 31 grams of fat. 4 of those would have been 2640 calories - one for breakfast, one for lunch, one for dinner, one right before midnight to put you over the top. And NO, I haven’t done this before, just trying to help people make their goal, crazy or not. Haha.
