    You should have done the whole thing in whetherspoons. The any three for 10 menue is pretty easy to get down and can get you through easily 3400 calories per time.

    We need to know about the poo routine. I try and bulk and my body just does not want to poo more frequently despite eating more. I end up waking at 5.45am with gutrot ready to explode. Whats your poop secrets Ryan, we need to know!

    Ryan - i know you won’t be doing this again, but had I known you were gonna do this ahead of time, here would have been my number 1 tip to hit 10K - milkshakes! Chick-fil-A Milkshakes are the best.
    The large Cookies and Cream flavored shake contains 660 calories and 31 grams of fat. 4 of those would have been 2640 calories - one for breakfast, one for lunch, one for dinner, one right before midnight to put you over the top. And NO, I haven’t done this before, just trying to help people make their goal, crazy or not. Haha.

    Ryan, I'm not joking! I just did a 10k food challenge after my photoshoot on Tuesday. I did it yesterday (Wednesday 13th November) and I ended up putting on 6lbs too 😂🤣 For anyone that's interested, mine is on my Instagram stories at instagram.com/doubleophysiquecreation !
