Been an absolute pleasure taking part in your prep with you through the RTCoaching. Something that really made me think differently how to transform my physique through that fasted cardio. Not the wear and tear on the knees from tons of miles running, but that Incline walking has been a gamechanger for my knees and hips when I'm in prep

I find this world really different from mine. I'm a boxer at heavyweight. If someone came in in your off-season shape they'd be looked upon as in fantastic shape, while you are just getting started to get into shape. Interesting.

Just as a tip from a regular sauna guy, it is pretty stressful on your body.Thus, weakening your immunesystem a bit temporarily. I’ve always felt like the sickness gets worse after a sauna. But I’m no physician…

I think your midsection became wider over the years, even on stage,i remember this was your strongest muscle which gave you the most aesthetic frame in comparison to others. Just an objective opinion. I think you shouldnt focus so much on getting bigger if your midsection has to suffer from that, because even if you were bigger on stage, you midsection got also wider, which doesnt give you the V taper frame, which you aim. The focus on mens physique division should be aesthetics, getting everbody in the divison bigger isnt aesthetic. The are way more competitions around the world which are better for you mate :). But i wish you best of luck and hopefuly the win. #andnew
