Me and my brother used to go to the gym together back before covid
(Now we go to different gym cause of our new jobs)
And when we lift we almost never talk if its above 80% 1RM
Didnt really feel awkward at all tho

This was such a nice video to watch. I don't even watch gym videos because they feel overwhelming. And the talking in this video was exactly what the other fitness gym videos lack, just making everyone appreciate their own fitness, in whatever way it is. Be it just going on a jog, or training with calesthenics or even gym, it was just focused on enjoying being healthy. I loved this because it validated the slow progress I am myself starting with.

Honestly Vikk knows a lot more than you would think he knows! It suprised me how quiet and focused you were. I like how you did like the main lifts with Behz, legs with Simon, push with Danny and now pull with Vikk! That's really cool! love these videos reev, recently had hand surgery and had to do a lot of hand therapy, sounds silly but starting hand therapy really made me want to start gym as i lose muscle in my arm from being out because of the op, your videos are inspiring and motivating my friend so keep up the good work and i'll be using these videos as a guide on my form and motivation.

@@A.D961Cmon bruh legs are fun! (I used to weigh the same I weigh rn, after 5 years, growing 1 1/2 Ft, only that was all in fat and my legs had to carry that thing around, leg day was everyday 💀)

it’s unreal how much reev looks like my brother i can’t see anymore like face, height and build, even similar name, but i just have no idea what he’s doing at all. it’s weirdly nice to see someone who looks so much like him smile and look happy lmao.
Force feeding is the key. Eating 4 to 5 solid meals is no easy work, and credit to Vikkstar for getting it done incredible to see what he has done to his physique!

as a personal trainer myself, vikk clearly has much to learn about technique in the gym, but Reev is so humble backing him all the way, love it. Hats off to you sir!

@@User-ik2kc Not too bad, but he was swinging a bit too much for my liking. Also on the curls for example when going down with the weight he could go slower
1. he should focus more a bigger stretch and a bigger range of motion 2. slow down in the negative phase of the exercise, thus building more muscle per rep.

I’m very much into training and have been for a few years (both weight lifting and running). I’m quite lean at the moment and am tempted to ‘bulk’ up a little, but I’m really conscious of the health of my diet and find it hard the thought of putting in weight. I’m a student dietitian so very much into my nutrition. Any tips on staying to a healthy diet while putting on muscle mass?
Yeah, increase your carbohydrate intakes/portion sizes with meals, it’s tough to get calories in without feeling like you should implode and just eat everything, but incrementally increasing your portion sizes so you know you’re still getting good nutrition in is the way to go

@@doomser Eat more, lift weights. I used to be super skinny at 5’9. but i was also 14 years old back then.. I weighed 48-50kg but i started eating and lifting weights. Im still 5’9 but Im way bigger now

reev ive been taking creatine i wanna ask what do you think is the ideal glasses of water to drink in a day(including the water you drink while takin creatine)??? btw love your videos g
I usually have about 3-4 litres of water a day depending on training intensity mate
@@reev bro i train a lot, like 10-11 exercises with 3 sets and 10-12 reps each just for legs its like 7-8 exercises and i do like push pull legs so 6 times a week. and im drinkin 14-16 glasses each day(including the creatine glass) so its fine right? am i on the right track kindaa??
