This was such a nice video to watch. I don't even watch gym videos because they feel overwhelming. And the talking in this video was exactly what the other fitness gym videos lack, just making everyone appreciate their own fitness, in whatever way it is. Be it just going on a jog, or training with calesthenics or even gym, it was just focused on enjoying being healthy. I loved this because it validated the slow progress I am myself starting with.
Kinda funny to me Me and my brother used to go to the gym together back before covid (Now we go to different gym cause of our new jobs) And when we lift we almost never talk if its above 80% 1RM Didnt really feel awkward at all tho Maybe cause were used to it

as a personal trainer myself, vikk clearly has much to learn about technique in the gym, but Reev is so humble backing him all the way, love it. Hats off to you sir!

1. he should focus more a bigger stretch and a bigger range of motion 2. slow down in the negative phase of the exercise, thus building more muscle per rep. @@User-ik2kc
love these videos reev, recently had hand surgery and had to do a lot of hand therapy, sounds silly but starting hand therapy really made me want to start gym as i lose muscle in my arm from being out because of the op, your videos are inspiring and motivating my friend so keep up the good work and i'll be using these videos as a guide on my form and motivation.

3:50 Love Vik, but I don't think he had a single rep close to full range of motion there. As for you, Reev, very impressed with your form! Some people swear by keeping the legs stretched out in front of you, engaging the adductors pressing them together and engaging the abs to get more total body tension and more stability (therefore wasting less energy), but you did extremely well with your position as well. Absolutely beautiful reps. Edit: But that's the only exercise where I can fault the indian submarine for form. I feel like he did brilliantly well in the others.
