    In terms of size you have improved tremendously and I am so glad that you improving your back as at the Olympia the winner usually has a ferocious back. I am also pleased that you have started to speak about winning the title. I would finally say that you need to live like a monk similar to that if Dorian Yates without these needless activities. I am rooting for you.

    Do you really even need the ACL ;) but seriously I'm sorry about the tear but am glad it is not a completely "you're out of commission" injury. Keep that fight and never backing down. Good choice info over as well

    It might be a sign to quit training legs and just do upper body like most of the guys you see doing men's physique, since they aren't shown because of the shorts. It's an upper body game now, the guys are absolutely huge from the waist up.

    Tore my acl playing football they replaced it with carbon fibre strength came back flexibility was never the same probably my own fault dont neglect physio and stretching
