It might be a sign to quit training legs and just do upper body like most of the guys you see doing men's physique, since they aren't shown because of the shorts. It's an upper body game now, the guys are absolutely huge from the waist up.
Tore my acl playing football they replaced it with carbon fibre strength came back flexibility was never the same probably my own fault dont neglect physio and stretching

You can do all that and massage therapy as well and rest time . Your body needs to heal as well .
