It’s really hard to loose weight at home especially when you go to work.. you come back and home intuitively is associated with relax.. I was going to gym directly from work because I knew I won’t do anything at home after work day..
@@kisutis make a sacrifice and get up early and go get it. You can still get up and choose to not be consistent… then your results will flip-flop. Consistency is the key though. I had a miscarriage in March and in May I couldn’t fully dedicate myself but I was doing something. I lost 8 pounds in June, with consistently pushing myself by July had 12 more to the 8 already lost. Currently I lost for Aug alone so far 11 pounds and we got 10 more days left for this month. I was 184 in March…. I’m currently 153 still got a flabby tummy but I’m not at my goal yet. I have ate some cake one week (birthday party) and had to redo ↪️ and another week turned down drinks cuz I want body goal that bad. I’m doing this from home- 2 kids, summer weather and I ditched the car and I live a distance from the stores I shop. I walk to them 😭 and use my bags as weights…depends how bad you want it. Before having kids I used to be 140. Before COVID I was 146 😂 and birth control ain’t help one bit either. You got this hun just do what you can and re-dedicate when you not on point. Good luck!
@@kisutis it’s not hard at all. It depends on the type of person you are. If you’re lazy in general .. well that explains why working out at home would be “ hard “. It’s really no excuse. I work 5 days out of the week. I’m constantly on my feet at work. When I get home. I workout at least 30 minutes. I’m not lazy I’m an active person so it’s very easy for me.
@@Miekolia I am not lazy just for me it’s No after work as I have other activities and come back late. Sometimes I do exercises in the morning if I wake up in time (I am a night person). Anyways everyone is different, for me it’s easier to work out not at home

I've started a few weeks ago doing her 20 minute workouts 3 times a week along with walking 30 minutes 3 times a week and a yoga class once a week. I'm excited to see some progress!!
I did one on Monday. I was so full of endorphins I went sailing through the day, overdid things... Chores around the house you name it. Forgot I have chronic fatigue cause of neuro issues😅 Tuesday & Wednesday I was out! I'm still going to do a workout today. She's got great energy- positive vibes. I'll just pace myself better this time. I want to keep fit. For me ❤❤
I'm on that same journey, wanting to go from 290-165 though. I don't remember a time I was that small and it's about time I put myself first. Congratulations on your weight loss. Hopefully I'll stick to it this time and I'll be at the finish line with you someday too. ☺️
@@pooja7970 I know you were asking the original commenter but thought I'd help a little. I found that counting my calories and measuring things out into proper portions and splitting my daily calorie limit into 4-5 smaller meals has helped a lot. I'm down 24lbs in 2 months. I also stopped drinking soda completely and only really drink water, the occasional juice, milk, or tea. That helped a lot too. Eating more fresh foods and trying to get more fiber and protein in has been a big help too. Also, if you're wanting to do exercises do strength training exercises so you don't lose muscle while working out. Strength training will help to tone/sculpt your body. Also, be sure you don't cut your calories too low... I did and ended up stalling for a little bit on weight loss progress. As soon as I upped my calories I dropped 2lbs pretty quickly. Good luck 💜☺️

@@positivevibes9964 I think you'll start to see differences if you go on a low calories diet (don't starve yourself tho) also do more efficient workouts and workout daily. walk or cycle to short distances and drink plenty of water. you should see good results within 1-2 months

For everyone trying to work out at home, I have a tip: keep your core muscles tense and squeeze them with every training, even if you're training glutes or upper back or something else. Keep your core tight. These at-home workouts often don't involve weights. By keeping your core tight, you'll perform the exercises correctly and achieve better balance.❤

I did your full body workout vid for beginner on yt and i was a little overweight but i shrunk for the firsr time in years! My whole family was shook! I did it for two months consistenly and ate only homecooked meals and took alot of walks. This works! Thank you and bless you for ur knowledge❤️🔥
I've been doing Jo's workout videos for just one week, choosing different videos each day, and I can already see the differences in my body. Everyone can change; just believe in yourself and push through. Try to minimize your screen time as much as possible. Whatever work you do, yes, it can be exhausting, but just a half-hour Jo workout will energize you for the rest of the day. Thank you for coming across my path.

However, if you can't go, there are 20-30 minute videos you can start with without overexerting yourself. As they are more focused on walking, I don't think they will be too challenging for you.

I've been watching her before she was pregnant she was always fit oh, but what I like about her is her consistency in her discipline to get back into shape but her body would have gone back into shape I have yet to see anyone after having one child and breastfeeding for their body not to go back in shapeshe's also a workout Fitness person so she works out I like people work for a day so she might work out 4 hours a day when you go to work for 8 hours a day, I like her routines and I like the 360 that's why I follow her but she's always been somebody that's been in shape she's already ahead of the game

Good for you! I lost 30lbs in 6 months. Size 10-12 to 6! I’m 72. Takes consistency and tenacity. Start slow gradually add repetitions. Never quit. Quit granulated sugar for 6 months and refined flour. I’ve got so much energy eating smaller portions and eating much healthier. Love it! Halleluyah!!
@@bharris4517you HAVE to be in a calorie deficet to lose weight, they probs ate more veggies then meat or smth, but dont eat too much fruits as it has natural sugar but if you have too much of that then that can be bad

По собственному опыту знаю, что скорее всего без пересмотра питания не обошлось. Сама сменила питание 2 месяца назад, а до этого ещё в зал пошла, 11 кг сбросила. Но было обидно, когда в зале занималась, но набрала 3 кг, потом уже о питании задумалась, поменяла и стала скидывать+подтянутое тело из-за спорта, в планах до октября скинуть 10-12 кг, ещё и осложняется дело тем, что проблемы с сердцем, особо не побегаешь, мало кардио, куча силовых. Всем, кто решился изменить свое тело, удачи, у вас всё получится✨❤ UPD: прошло 5 месяцев, итого 20 кг ровно минус, ем всё что хочу, перешла на интуитивное.

In 2020 I went through the mental change that you probably did. Take care of me. I changed my diet and started working out hard. Today I weigh 166 at 5’9” feel beautiful! Just get motivated and anyone can change their lives!

You were my inspiration to start at home I myself have lost 60 pounds with no gym equipment! It is possible all you need is a couple weights and consistency 🙏🏽💪🏽
Plus, exercise is VERY IMPORTANT, but are u reducing, sugar & carbs, aim 4 60 gms of protein a day, DON'T DRINK CALORIES! ETC. NUTRITION IS ACTUALLY 79% OR MORE ! PLUS, she's a lot younger then myself. But she's killing it , proud of her!
Diet is extremely important. Simple carbs (such as refined flour, rice and other cereal grains), sugar and alcohol all contribute to belly fat. Even legumes can cause chronic bloating if you are not eating them prepared correctly for the body to properly digest them, or if your gut health is not optimal. Cheese and other dairy products can be problematic, too. Try cutting some, or all, of these foods out of your diet for at least 3 weeks and go from there. Good luck!

Absolutely- I applied the formula: “Eat less and move more!” I now substitute breakfast or lunch with a protein shake and have a balanced dinner (protein, vegetables, and carbs). And for any snacks- I’ll do some nuts, chips w/salsa or guacamole, fruit w/cheese…etc. Lunch can be a protein shake , if I’m not hungry or a wrap with some vegetables and a protein. BUT THE MAJOR KEY IS PORTION CONTROL. I read the package and whatever quantity equals a single serving, is what I eat. Am I perfect? - Heck, no!! But I have become more disciplined and consistent and it is paying off in weight loss. I hope you find this information useful and good luck! 😊

I've started a few weeks ago doing her 20 minute workouts 3 times a week along with walking 30 minutes 3 times a week and a yoga class once a week. I'm excited to see some progress!!
I did one on Monday. I was so full of endorphins I went sailing through the day, overdid things... Chores around the house you name it. Forgot I have chronic fatigue cause of neuro issues😅
Tuesday & Wednesday I was out!
I'm still going to do a workout today. She's got great energy- positive vibes. I'll just pace myself better this time.

@@pooja7970 I know you were asking the original commenter but thought I'd help a little. I found that counting my calories and measuring things out into proper portions and splitting my daily calorie limit into 4-5 smaller meals has helped a lot. I'm down 24lbs in 2 months. I also stopped drinking soda completely and only really drink water, the occasional juice, milk, or tea. That helped a lot too. Eating more fresh foods and trying to get more fiber and protein in has been a big help too. Also, if you're wanting to do exercises do strength training exercises so you don't lose muscle while working out. Strength training will help to tone/sculpt your body. Also, be sure you don't cut your calories too low... I did and ended up stalling for a little bit on weight loss progress. As soon as I upped my calories I dropped 2lbs pretty quickly. Good luck 💜☺️

@@positivevibes9964 I think you'll start to see differences if you go on a low calories diet (don't starve yourself tho) also do more efficient workouts and workout daily. walk or cycle to short distances and drink plenty of water. you should see good results within 1-2 months

How many workouts do u do a day? I’m trying to lose 20 pounds maybe more… the meds I’m on made me gain weight and I hate grown to hate seeing myself in the mirror. I have done her workouts for 3 days starting with the walking workouts but idk if I’m doing enough lol lmk!

I did your full body workout vid for beginner on yt and i was a little overweight but i shrunk for the firsr time in years! My whole family was shook! I did it for two months consistenly and ate only homecooked meals and took alot of walks. This works! Thank you and bless you for ur knowledge❤️🔥

Try to minimize your screen time as much as possible. Whatever work you do, yes, it can be exhausting, but just a half-hour Jo workout will energize you for the rest of the day. Thank you for coming across my path.

However, if you can't go, there are 20-30 minute videos you can start with without overexerting yourself. As they are more focused on walking, I don't think they will be too challenging for you.

I've been watching her before she was pregnant she was always fit oh, but what I like about her is her consistency in her discipline to get back into shape but her body would have gone back into shape I have yet to see anyone after having one child and breastfeeding for their body not to go back in shapeshe's also a workout Fitness person so she works out I like people work for a day so she might work out 4 hours a day when you go to work for 8 hours a day, I like her routines and I like the 360 that's why I follow her but she's always been somebody that's been in shape she's already ahead of the game

Good for you! I lost 30lbs in 6 months. Size 10-12 to 6! I’m 72. Takes consistency and tenacity. Start slow gradually add repetitions. Never quit. Quit granulated sugar for 6 months and refined flour. I’ve got so much energy eating smaller portions and eating much healthier. Love it! Halleluyah!!

По собственному опыту знаю, что скорее всего без пересмотра питания не обошлось. Сама сменила питание 2 месяца назад, а до этого ещё в зал пошла, 11 кг сбросила. Но было обидно, когда в зале занималась, но набрала 3 кг, потом уже о питании задумалась, поменяла и стала скидывать+подтянутое тело из-за спорта, в планах до октября скинуть 10-12 кг, ещё и осложняется дело тем, что проблемы с сердцем, особо не побегаешь, мало кардио, куча силовых. Всем, кто решился изменить свое тело, удачи, у вас всё получится✨❤
UPD: прошло 5 месяцев, итого 20 кг ровно минус, ем всё что хочу, перешла на интуитивное.

Plus, exercise is VERY IMPORTANT, but are u reducing, sugar & carbs, aim 4 60 gms of protein a day, DON'T DRINK CALORIES! ETC. NUTRITION IS ACTUALLY 79% OR MORE ! PLUS, she's a lot younger then myself. But she's killing it , proud of her!
Diet is extremely important. Simple carbs (such as refined flour, rice and other cereal grains), sugar and alcohol all contribute to belly fat. Even legumes can cause chronic bloating if you are not eating them prepared correctly for the body to properly digest them, or if your gut health is not optimal. Cheese and other dairy products can be problematic, too. Try cutting some, or all, of these foods out of your diet for at least 3 weeks and go from there. Good luck!

Absolutely- I applied the formula: “Eat less and move more!” I now substitute breakfast or lunch with a protein shake and have a balanced dinner (protein, vegetables, and carbs). And for any snacks- I’ll do some nuts, chips w/salsa or guacamole, fruit w/cheese…etc. Lunch can be a protein shake , if I’m not hungry or a wrap with some vegetables and a protein. BUT THE MAJOR KEY IS PORTION CONTROL. I read the package and whatever quantity equals a single serving, is what I eat. Am I perfect? - Heck, no!! But I have become more disciplined and consistent and it is paying off in weight loss. I hope you find this information useful and good luck! 😊

Yes!!! Remind the mamas you can still have a banging bod after babies. Takes time and consistency. I’m 8 months into my fitness journey and let me tell you…never would I guess my body could look better than before my babies. Embrace the stretch marks, the cellulite, everything! Keep going!! Show up for yourself and accomplish your goals.
