    This is ultimately my favorite yoga workout because it works me like an athlete.. (former college football player and still playing basketball regularly) Thanks for helping me put that work into my daily yoga routine. The mountain climbers set this one apart. 😎

    I just finished an intense 2 hour practice a little while ago so I WILL NOT be doing this today 😂 but saving for later ❤❤ glad your back, you’ve been missed

      I have so many classes in the bank! I just had family in town and it was such a blessing, I focused fully on them - my yoga for the last week and a half.

      Glad you were visiting family
      In Sausalito visiting family, now recovering from Covid. Symptoms were almost nonexistent.
      Been doing lots of walking & paddle boarding. Looking forward to a new week, full of yoga

    Loved this practice - thanks so much! I totally appreciate practices that use clever poses and sequencing to provide a great mind-body experience in an efficient amount of time. I've got kids and work commitments so fitting in 15 - 25 minute practices is more realistic for me. Love having some more stronger practices and sculpt practices in this time range too :)

    Thank you! I didn't get the pistol squats or forearm stands, but I got closer than I thought I would.
    One small point of feedback, the black outfit blended in with the background, so it was a little difficult to see the moves sometimes.

    Oouu, I loved this class. Definitely built up some energy for me. I'm Kenyan and today we're protesting on the streets because our government is full of jokers and we want them kicked out! This was a nice warm up for all the running and activism I'll be doing today!

    She's a middle-aged woman giving tips for the elderly. Barely moving barely stretching , does nothing. Who allowed her or give her permission to teach yoga. Is there a degree or some studies that happened in Asia?
