After somehow straining/injuring myself last week from my weight training, and subsequently taking the rest of the week off, this was perfect for me this morning to ease my way back into things. Thank you Kate 🙏🏿
This was the perfect thing to do before bed after a long day at work and a tiring dance class the day before. It hit areas that had been sore for MONTHS. Incredibly effective stretch in just 10 mins.
I wish I could put more “likes👍” after each view. I am repeating this practice time to time and it’s amazing, I feel my body better even nevertheless that my muscles are far from flexibility 😅 thank you so much! God bless you !
Great movements and stretches for your sore achy bod! Once again Kate you’re the best I could fall asleep at night to your voice played in loop very calming and relaxing I could just dive into your energy and wrap it around me like a blanket sorry may have shared too much🤭

I use a hand towel, but there are yoga towels that are the length of the mat that work great too

@gaiafristachi4541 I think weightlifting gloves would restrict your wrist mobility. Yoga gloves with grips would definitely help though!
