    For reasons of time difference, I do it just before going to bed and I tell you that it is perfect for reconciling the well-being of the body before going to bed.

    This was the perfect thing to do before bed after a long day at work and a tiring dance class the day before. It hit areas that had been sore for MONTHS. Incredibly effective stretch in just 10 mins.

    I wish I could put more “likes👍” after each view. I am repeating this practice time to time and it’s amazing, I feel my body better even nevertheless that my muscles are far from flexibility 😅 thank you so much! God bless you !

    Great movements and stretches for your sore achy bod! Once again Kate you’re the best I could fall asleep at night to your voice played in loop very calming and relaxing I could just dive into your energy and wrap it around me like a blanket sorry may have shared too much🤭

    Hi Kate! 'Motion as lotion' is quite amusing. Kate, I'd like to suggest something: A quick yoga stretch can be refreshing, even without the mat, just standing. Do you think it's doable, Kate? Thanks, Kate. And yes, Kate I intentionally overused your name Kate but only this time! Bye Kate😉😄🤪😽😽

      I use a hand towel, but there are yoga towels that are the length of the mat that work great too

      @gaiafristachi4541 I think weightlifting gloves would restrict your wrist mobility. Yoga gloves with grips would definitely help though!

      I'm 5'9! With a short torso which makes certain poses harder and certain poses easier.

    You simply forgot to add a 'Geo stretch' that's cross legs in child's pose and switch ;-) these 10' flows are heaven sent
