Great video! Props to you guys for riding that terrain on those big bikes. Also props for videoing it in 3rd person rather than just uploading 2 hours of unedited monotonous helmet-cam footage.
Looks like a blast! Good job guys! The challenge of the big bikes is also what adds to the adventure - but only with a good group of riding buddies like this...if I was alone on my Tenere in this terrain, it'd be a quick descent from an adventure to a nightmare!
Most impressive getting those big girls out in that terrain. Most would complain that they are not made for it but it's fun to test yourself as well as improve your skills. If you are to scared to ever try lots of different terrain then get yourself a pit bike or a mountain bike or stay home.
Hello, first of all, I must say I'm impressed of what you do with those big bikes!! When I grow I wanna be like you :D! I have one question: where did you get the front mudguard?? It's awesome!!!
Allandoan a DRZvel hasonlitgatom, es a DRZ "szemre, es elmeletben" jobbnak tunik.
I have an XT1200Z and would never ride it in that type of terrain. Kudos for trying though. Their weight makes them almost unusable in slippery, muddy, and certain loose soil conditions. They are great when used to go long distances off-road, but you have to stay away from the kind of stuff in this video or your going to have a bad day.
Most of this bikes are less heavier when they take speed, so there is no special o extreme skill to move them trought difficult terrain if you know the bike well and have some experience with them...
my thoughts are simillar: bigger the bike, slower it gets in such conditions. walking would be faster, so why use bikes at all? :-) ie, those woods are place for trial or cross bikes.
This video sould have a different title. "ktm andventure off road action" or "we lost in the woods with bikes that are no suitable for this kind of terrain and we try to find the road" ...best part at 03:35 ! ..so much laugh !!! ..i wanted to see the tenere in that course! ...because as we all sew, tenere skip some routes......AND I DON΄T KNOW WHY !!?!!! I like the old version of super tenere....i dont like the new. it is more of a street bike...like v-strom. Anyway the big ON-off bikes are no good for this kind of jobs...too heavy among other things. that was my opinion...if you dont like it, feel free to kick my ass. After all i ride a kymco agility 125cc :-)
DarthVid Try doing 600+ miles in a day on your Kymco. These bikes did well for what they are!! The little Honda CRF had troubles on this terrain, too... ANY bike would!!
I don't understand why so many people on RUclips are riding these gigantic bikes offroad at 10 mph when a relatively small bike (650) weighs 150-200 lbs less and will run 80 mph on the highway
+ImNotStalkingYou As a BMW R1150GS Adventure rider, I can answer your question. The big adventure bikes are used to get you to the off road destination when it is far away. I live in Minnesota, and like to travel to SD, WY, and MT for on and off road touring. The big bikes are not easily taken on single track roads, but with experience you can ride many single tracks if they are not too gnarly. For me, it might take me a day or two to get where I want to ride. Dirt bikes don't have the practical range or comfort necessary for highway travel long term and have more limited cargo capacity. If you are going to a local off road area, dirt bikes are great. The option other than a big ADV touring bike is using a trailer to haul your dirt bike. Some of use prefer to ride the bike all the way, and have the tent, sleeping bag, and all the basic camping gear go with us. It's all about what you want to do with the bike. .
+ImNotStalkingYou Mud and dense woods are extremely difficult on large adventure bikes, but some people want to challenge themselves in that manner. Here's an example of mine in a swampy road. I was alone and got in out after an hour of effort. i249.photobucket.com/albums/gg225/DARIVS_ARCHITECTVS/Stuck%20in%20mud%20poster_zps7xrkavxl.jpg
Exactly, and if you say the KLR 650, yeah is a perfect bike for this, but nothing compares with a big 1000-1200 cc engine pulling the almost equal heavyness
I wish the guy on the CRT could have proved the bike a little better....the big fat bikes made way better trail bikes...but the riders are the ones the prove it.
indianseibel123 Since I don't know you, I will not compare my skills with you when it comes to Enduro driving. The experience to this two guys can I see on the video, and as I said, they should first get better tyres, then they will learn how to drive.
Great video! Props to you guys for riding that terrain on those big bikes. Also props for videoing it in 3rd person rather than just uploading 2 hours of unedited monotonous helmet-cam footage.
Totally agree, 3rd person is so much more interesting than 1st person when it comes to motorcycling.
Looks like a blast! Good job guys!

That front mudguard makes this look way better than standard. Nice
Magnifique démonstration ! Merci 👍👍👍

ok thaks guys to show us this videos, i can see you take a nice trip, and i think the diner and night was so GOOD !!
Great video. great filming. Thanks.
ahhh, sound of ktm is wonderful....
Neee, miért vágtátok ki 11:50-nél a taknyizást? Tudva hogy nem lett baja az illetőnek szívesen megnéztem volna. 😀
Is that just a 19in dirtbike tire on the front of that tenere?
You need to be really skilled for this, too heavy bikes for this terrain. Thanks for the video.
I don’t know when I pop my tenere off the kickstand it doesn’t scream off road to me it screams holy fk this things heavy
Nice video that 1200 loks a bit hevy in the woods thanks and have fun :)
nice one. looks like you guys had some fun
why didn't you show the hill fall on the super tenere??? That would've been very didactic and interesting...
Watched this vid for the Tenere and its like they put the most timid and inexperienced rider on it. Wish one of the ktm guy were on it.
Kinda agree, I mean one of the KTM guys drove directly into a river….
If there weren’t a dozen riders to help pull him out he would still be in that river. Lol
whats the front end set up on the tenere? high mud guard and are they different forks?
what front fender is that on the Tenere?
amazing video man love the bikes as well :) keep the vids comeing and good luck for the futore

you guys are no joke!
Great off-roading!
Nice to see enduro riding in Hungary!
More more more! Great. Thanks.
nice video. Good ride

Nice! Make some more videos, please. I like it.
Nice video gentlemen !

unless its a totally on purpose planned route, then its gonna be a real great workout. Can probably skip the gym for like a week.
If you put offroad tires on it, it should be fine
but what matters is that the TENERE can handle such a road #Love_Tenere

The super is a bit to havy I think. But still its a beautifull bikt.
Nice one!
Az alkalmatlan motorok az alkalmatlan feladatra :-))
Mintha magamat látnám a tavaszi Taki-túrán a Zarándon :-(
Grat!
Crazy buggers!!!!

The Honda guy is the smart one ;-)
my thoughts are simillar: bigger the bike, slower it gets in such conditions.
walking would be faster, so why use bikes at all? :-)

They probably realize that its possible that someone will be really stuck and needs a bike that can go get the necessary help if needed.
Hány kiló az a Tenere? 500? :D
Mozgékony, mint egy diesel mozdony :)
600 lbs
3:35 - IQ 49

ahh , akkor nezegetem tovabb a HaHu-n a DRZ-ket ;)
well done boys
650-800cc would have been enough without being a handfull as you had. have more fun with less 😉
Drive a bike in the creek... 🤦♂️ maybe just go for a walk?
Hungarian offroad friends :)
Why going so slow in a pasture, more like old men puting around
Over weight and over geared for the application.
i think that the simple tenere 660 is beeter than the 1200!!!
this is way too heavy bike for this...
not a trail bike !
kkk, motos muito pesadas, as moto so ficam paradasss kkkk
To heavy,
La vecchia xtz 750 era meglio.
1. Get better tyres.
2. Learn how to drive offroad.
they dont have to be pro drivers to have fun...you should try it sometimes...have fun.
????
