The Miserable buggers that picked you up over the cooler can get stuffed - your point is still valid - only use those sorts of additives as a last resort because there is still an underlying problem in many cases. would love to hear a segment on whether you should flush the e53s auto vs just dropping the pan and changing the filter.

I think it's going to be my 5min Thursday night here in Detroit.

Shit happens mate you had no way of knowing there was an underlying problem. Thanks for correcting yourself. Looking forward to 5 minute Fridays!
As for topics, I know nothing about tyres, and I'm gonna need some for a set of track wheels and a set of road wheels. What do you think would be good picks?

Hi mate, really love your videos.
I have been pondering whether to use a cooling additive myself. I have replaced the water pump, thermostat and hoses, the radiator and system in general, looks spotless and I had thought, all good for the next 200kms. It has now developed a small leak at what would appear to be between the radiator and tank connection. I really don’t want to pull everything apart again and replace the radiator, hence the use of an additive. Sometimes you just get fed up with replacing shit. I found another leak from the bottom of the expansion tank (o-ring), will it ever end?
