Here's what people don't get in the bodybuilding community, there's alot of elements surrounding every info you get so make sure you imply every element to that info and see the result that you will get, don't just copy and paste
For example kevin levrone used low reps high volum but he ain't just swinging the weights you gotta feel the contraction and another element here is his genetics, not every person responds well to low reps high volum some don't
Eat rught and well, rest well, drink enough water do your weekly cardio and then test which method works best for you at the gym
Correct there is no one formula to success, individuals workout plans are a great deal from one body builder to another, A lot of it boils down to people getting to know there own bodies and how there bodies refer to certain workouts knowing what works and what doesn’t after years do training a lot of these guys feel there way through there workouts
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Uncrowned champion!!!
Kevin Levrone. Like Danny Padilla and Lee Priest, deserving of far more praise and respect.
Only Padilla, why would Levrone and Priest need anymore than what they are already getting ?🤔
Kevin was one of a kind, legend 💪🏽
I needed this! Thanks Kev! Shaaaaaboooom!
Kevin de Muscle Machine!!!!!
Kevin's most effective rep range was his mom and dad
After muscle failure, before heat failure is the secret😂
I guess his comeback was short lived.
No shit brother, the dude is over 50yrs old.
@@JensJenssensson So is Mike Tyson.
Kevin does not age
Should have beaten Ronnie in 2002 Mr O no question about it
🏴🏋️🏋️🏋️🏴
I'm being to think....
12 to 15 reps is a WASTE 🗑 OF TIME? 🤔
If you can pick up anything more than 12 times.... then you need to add WEIGHT!!!!!!
👌
Mike Mentzer and Dorian Yates believed this. Check out Heavy Duty Training
Stressing the muscle enough is key. If it was rep range, no one would get results from high reps, and lots do but they work to failure
100%
Doesn’t make any difference if you do 12-15 or 4-6.
High reps to get cut lol, jesus, so unknowledgable
While you cut you are more prone to injury, higher reps are better for the tendons
@@Shazok55 He explained he wanted bigger fuller muscle, he wasn't referring to losing weight, totally achievable with higher reps, see Jay Cutler.
@@outsiderdfeven going up to 30 reps builds muscle, but i guess it depends on the person and how they respond
High reps = burning more calories you dummy
@outsiderdf jay cutler was a big kid , Kevin was a small kid , dude you have no idea wtf you even talking about 😂
Complete FALSE KNOWLEDGE
THICK MUSCLE COMES FROM HIGH REPS .
And Coleman knew that 😂
Coleman also did less reps 6 to 8
Nah, heavy lifting builds density
@@Thouxanbanquincyintensity for density..
@@Thouxanbanquincyjk, heavy weights makes it intense
@@jimaldo7715that’s not even remotely true. Weight doesn’t equal intensity.
Cuz of that u never won a Mr
Clueless are ya
And your accomplishments are…?
@@benrackauskas4115 no kidding bro
Kevin's most effective rep range was his mom and dad
