Here's what people don't get in the bodybuilding community, there's alot of elements surrounding every info you get so make sure you imply every element to that info and see the result that you will get, don't just copy and paste
For example kevin levrone used low reps high volum but he ain't just swinging the weights you gotta feel the contraction and another element here is his genetics, not every person responds well to low reps high volum some don't
Eat rught and well, rest well, drink enough water do your weekly cardio and then test which method works best for you at the gym

Correct there is no one formula to success, individuals workout plans are a great deal from one body builder to another, A lot of it boils down to people getting to know there own bodies and how there bodies refer to certain workouts knowing what works and what doesn’t after years do training a lot of these guys feel there way through there workouts

    12 to 15 reps is a WASTE 🗑 OF TIME? 🤔
If you can pick up anything more than 12 times.... then you need to add WEIGHT!!!!!!

Stressing the muscle enough is key. If it was rep range, no one would get results from high reps, and lots do but they work to failure
